So 6 months later after my original post and I am absolutely done with this establishment. If you read the comment left from the OWNER from my original post she is calling me a LIAR just as she did last night after being extremely rude. Her “manager” of HER establishment also lied accusing me of cussing him out when the whole phone conversation was recorded and witeness on speaker phone by numerous others.

Oh my, if this isn’t the most popular pizza place in town I don’t know what could be. Everything tasted as good as it looked in the online pics. Our only criticism was that I think the apple sticks were slightly under cooked. They were good but it seemed like they needed another minute in the oven. The staff was super friendly and helpful in our choices. As passionate as the lady behind the counter was I had to ask if she was Sarah, but she wasn’t. We would definitely stop here again if we were from the area.

Pizza at Sarah’s is always good. We had a guest from Germany and decided to introduce him to real American pizza. We ordered four different pizzas to sample, one of which was the mashed potato pizza. Our German friend was shocked to discover that, not only was the mashed potato pizza not disgusting – it was his favorite!! In any case, there is now one more Sarah’s Pizza fan living in Germany, trying to convince people that pizza should be cut in squares and have mashed potatoes on top! 😀

Sarah’s pizza is one of our favorite go-to restaurants weekly (if not more) when it comes to eating out. Not only is their food amazing (we appreciate the wide variety/selection) but their customer service is second to none. We have been to several locations and the Eaton one stands out far above the rest. I believe this should be attributed to their team leader: management, Stephanie. I’ve seen her in her element, while ordering and waiting in the lobby, many times. She never stops! Not only does she have the respect of all of her employees (not afraid to work right alongside them) but she also makes sure to greet everyone that walks through that door, even mid-task. She never ceases to make sure every task is completed efficiently and keeps things running smoothly, but she also manages to make her customers feel valued and important as well. One time I even made a special request for my son on his birthday (a Pokémon pizza I’d seen her post online) and she nailed it! My boyfriend and I are in the store often and we always appreciate her sweet spirit! It’s contagious…hard to not smile when you’re in her presence. It’s very rare to find delicious and affordable food anywhere anymore, especially combined with excellent customer service, but she’s managed to bring the best of both worlds! Kudos to you Stephanie! (And your team) I hope one day you’re recognized in the proper way and get the promotion you so deserve! See you soon!

Very disappointed with how the young man acted in there today. We placed an order for people in our office. We made it clear when we called that we were going to pay separately for the 4 orders. She took our orders, even pricing them individually so we would know the cost. My co worker went to pick up the orders, and they young man there was EXTREMELY rude, trying to charge one card for all 4 orders. My coworker could hear everything that he was saying, which were not nice things. It amazes me that he/they couldn’t figure out how to cash out 4 orders. The man was even rude to the other employee. I wonder how many people have been charged wrong because he “can’t”/ “wont” figure it out. HIGHLY suggest people watch their statements closely !!!!
