Ordered was told an hour.
We rang back after 90 minutes, and they had lost our order amongst a larger order.
The manager was off with my partner but retracted back after a few polite words. The order was free of charge, and they had increased size to the max.

The pizza was great as were the pretzel bites. Ordered online and didn’t know the Eaton location didn’t have the pretzel bites but they drove to another location to get them for our order. That is top notch service for the customer.

The pizza always tastes great, but we’ve never received a delivery that was cut as requested, see picture for tonight’s “pizza strips?”
I’m assuming it’s an online order issue as we never recieve the extra sour cream with the mashed potato pizza which comes cut in slices instead of squares each time lol
EDIT: as funny as pizza strips are, its nice that sarahs are willing to make it right and i appreciate that.
EDIT 2: absolutely perfect, tastes amazing too. Can’t thank Stephanie enough for getting this made right for us.

Sarah’s has the best pizza in town! Don’t bother with the chain pizza places(like Eaton Papa John’s). Been going here for over 20 years, never disappointed! Don’t settle for pizza that tastes like cardboard (like Eaton Papa John’s). Best Sarah’s pizzas to get are all meat, mashed potato, chicken bacon ranch, or straight up pepperoni. Breadsticks are tasty too

First order, ordered a large pep, bacon, xcheese. The bacon was real bacon, plenty of pep, it looked delicious but there wasnt extra cheese on it, and very little to no sauce, making it super dry. Was hoping for a new go to pizza joint.

Oh my, if this isn’t the most popular pizza place in town I don’t know what could be. Everything tasted as good as it looked in the online pics. Our only criticism was that I think the apple sticks were slightly under cooked. They were good but it seemed like they needed another minute in the oven. The staff was super friendly and helpful in our choices. As passionate as the lady behind the counter was I had to ask if she was Sarah, but she wasn’t. We would definitely stop here again if we were from the area.

Sarah’s pizza is one of our favorite go-to restaurants weekly (if not more) when it comes to eating out. Not only is their food amazing (we appreciate the wide variety/selection) but their customer service is second to none. We have been to several locations and the Eaton one stands out far above the rest. I believe this should be attributed to their team leader: management, Stephanie. I’ve seen her in her element, while ordering and waiting in the lobby, many times. She never stops! Not only does she have the respect of all of her employees (not afraid to work right alongside them) but she also makes sure to greet everyone that walks through that door, even mid-task. She never ceases to make sure every task is completed efficiently and keeps things running smoothly, but she also manages to make her customers feel valued and important as well. One time I even made a special request for my son on his birthday (a Pokémon pizza I’d seen her post online) and she nailed it! My boyfriend and I are in the store often and we always appreciate her sweet spirit! It’s contagious…hard to not smile when you’re in her presence. It’s very rare to find delicious and affordable food anywhere anymore, especially combined with excellent customer service, but she’s managed to bring the best of both worlds! Kudos to you Stephanie! (And your team) I hope one day you’re recognized in the proper way and get the promotion you so deserve! See you soon!

Refused to refund or to remake a pizza that was so runny it was practically soup. Bad customer service. Do not recommend. They don’t care that you’re spending 50$ on food that is messed up & wont do anything about it at Eaton location.
