Update this is West Alex – We used to get Sarah’s all the time — it was worth the 45–50 minute drive. But the last three times (including Halloween night), it just hasn’t been good. The flavor and sauce are missing, the taco pizza sides are always forgotten, and honestly, the crust tastes like cardboard. We kept trying because we know what Sarah’s used to be like, but this last time was the final straw. $70 for three pizzas, and they’ve all ended up in the trash — we just can’t justify it anymore.

The dough for the pizza, breads ticks, subs, etc is made fresh and is simply to die for.

I had been told to try the pizza. I ordered pizza’s (3) to feed 2 teams and was told they would be delivered within the hour. More than an hour later I called Sarah’s and the delivery person had not left. I was frustrated because I was not able to feed the kids due to dismissal within 20 minutes. I told the person not to deliver the pizza’s because we would not be there by the time he finally showed up. I did not request a refund because I was too frustrated. Today when I called and spoke to the manager, I told him what happened and he said are you calling just to inform me or was there something else!!

Sarah’s has great pizza and fast delivery. Decent sticks when you get them half baked. Tonight’s been a rough one though; we put in an online order, and paid, but I forgot to add a few ranch to it so I called to ask if I could pay them for it on delivery. When they answered I said I could hold. I held. And held. At the ten minute mark I hung up to call back, I planned on apologizing but saying I just had a quick question. Wouldn’t you know it, the phone’s busy. Checked about once a minute for five minutes, to make sure it wasn’t just someone ordering. Checked one last time before sending my review. I understand being overwhelmed and understaffed, but having the phone off the hook is something that’s always struck me as unprofessional. Maybe they couldn’t do it the receiver in the cradle while I was on hold, but then that raises back the point that ten minutes is awfully long to sit on hold for a pizza shop. I just wanted a couple of cups of ranch, man…
I’ll still order from Sarah’s. It’s good food, and they’re definitely great people. We don’t have many options for delivery in New Lebanon that my family can agree on but we all like Sarah’s. I just don’t feel very valued as a customer right now.

Our family has been eating Sarah’s for about 25 years.. I remember loving it as a toddler. Unfortunately I live about 40 minutes away from West Alex now, but every single time I come over to my parent’s house – they just expect that I’m going to want to order Sarah’s. My go-to is a Sausage Ranch pizza (not on the menu, but they know what it is!) and their Cheese Stix. I also love their Pepperoni with Extra Cheese – it is always perfect! Their Spuds, Steak Subs and Wings are also delicious. Service is always fast, even during busy times, and delivery drivers are always at your house on time!

The cauliflower crust is gluten free and is soooo yummy! It’s awesome for me (with Celaic Disease) to be able to get such a good pizza so close to home. I have eaten it many times and never had an adverse reaction. I am confident about their safe-handling procedures. My family also loves the mashed potato pizza.

Hands down, by far the best pizza place around. They have a lot more than pizza too, I’ve been going for over 3 years and I’m always highly satisfied. I come in every time now to pickup my food because I love the staff there too and we’ve become good friends. I’ve eaten pizza all over this country, and I know pizza, and Sarah’s pizza is the best!!!!!!

I love Sarah’s. The pizza is something different. Not your normal Big chain taste. I have developed a craving for this place. Great Pizza plus always lets you use multiple coupons each time you order. Quick delivery.
