Disappointed with Inconsistent Portions – Not Going Back
I’ve been a regular customer at this Primo Hoagies location and usually enjoyed their sandwiches. However, my last two visits were really disappointing. The amount of meat in my sandwich was significantly less than what I normally receive — I even have photo evidence from past and recent orders to prove it.
When I called the store to give them a chance to address the issue, the manager insisted nothing was wrong. It’s frustrating when loyal customers are dismissed instead of being heard. If you’re thinking about trying this place, just be aware that quality and portion sizes here can be inconsistent.
Sadly, I won’t be returning after this experience.

This is the 2nd time I’ve ended up at work on a 16 hour shift because this place messed up my order or gave me inedible food. I got a hoagie today on my way to work. Ham and Swiss on seeded roll with lettuce, salt and pepper, dry. What I got was ham, American cheese on a non seeded roll with tomato, onions & soaked in oil. The other time the ingredients in the sandwich were correct but the roll was burned and hard. Never again! This Primo location sucks! Wish I could give it negative stars.

Do not go to this location. I ordered two chicken cheesesteaks thinking it would be good but it was barely cooked. I will never come to this location. They also didn’t add what toppings I ordered, they only put one of them instead of the two. Go to the Mount laurel location instead!!! They actually cook your food and mix the cheese with the chicken so that you get an actual good chicken cheesesteak. And they also get your order right.

These hoagies are great, I love the bread, the cold cuts and other products that are great.
My issue is with the people who make the sandwich. I’ve been to a few Primo’s, they are all expensive but worth it when they get the order right.
I hate oregano and I almost always get my sandwich with oregano, oil and vinegar, I don’t like it because it makes the bread soggy. However , this time my hoagie had no onions and no mayo. Thank God they didn’t put oregano in it.
Maybe pay attention to detail and it would be the best.

Just picked up a couple of hoagies at Primos in Cinnaminson. The most horrible experience. The food quality anymore is less than marginal, but the people working there are just rude and not very helpful. With the prices you pay for Primo hoagies food you should be given Primo service and at the cinnamon and location, You definitely are not given Primo service. horrible experience!
Rude and unhelpful staff.
I will never go back again. That’s one thing I’ve learned in life, you have choices and to make better choices the next time when you have an experience like I had. Wawa would be a much better choice.

As hoagie shops go, Prumo’s is consistently fresh and generously prepared. Their Primo size (med) is too much for me and I always take half home. I always get the Old Italian. I recommend their stuffed hot peppers to go with it.
