There is this little hidden gem right on the border of Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle Beach called Sarah’s Kitchen. Sarah has it going in a great way with good food and service. We got the Burrito Breakfast, Biscuits and Gravy and Western Inlet. The portions, quality and service were most excellent. Plenty of parking spaces in a paved parking lot and handicap accessible too. On a good day you can sit outside and dine as well. Take the time to enjoy all the painting on all the walls as this is local artist selling their cherished paintings. Sarah, we will see you again to try lunch. Sarah’s is open from 6am to 4pm. Come on Down and give it a try.

Great music! Great food, Great service!!! My husband had an omelet, home fries, and a biscuit with a side of gravy-everything was homemade! I had pancakes, bacon and two eggs with a side of toast. The pancakes were buttery and yummy, toast and eggs perfection and the bacon was ok, but cold. We each had a soda, I would have ordered coffee had I realized they had International Delight French Vanilla creamer before I ordered! and our bill with the tip was $38.

Delicious food, no matter what is on the menu. Staff is super polite and helpful. Recently expanded. Incredibly dog friendly. Bring your dog as long as your dog can deal with other dogs. Don’t bring a barker, that’s annoying for everyone.

What an amazing restaurant, came in here with my family we were a party of 9. They tended to everyone with respect and professionalism and you can feel it being a home style kitchen with amazing family values . The food was amazing and really well priced, I got the country fried steak smothered in sausage gravy and it came with 2 eggs toast and their home style fries. It was so good and cooked perfectly all for $11.70 I was full and happy. Highly recommend to anyone in the area, stop by and enjoy the great people and environment ‼️

On my recent visit I ordered 2 bacon and egg on bun with extra bacon and a soft drink. Went to pay and it was $29.13 after tax. I was at a loss for words. Drink was 3.95 and extra bacon was 4.95 per sandwich(2 slices bacon) Considering the food was made already, I didn’t want to be the guy who made them toss it so I paid and left. I have made sure I tell everyone I can about this experience. This is absolute greed and way beyond actual inflation. People wonder why more people don’t frequent these local establishments more often and it is this over charging for items that can purchased elsewhere for so much cheaper. It is due to this and also the egg was dripping with buttery/oil and the bacon was so tough like it had been sitting in a warmer for a while. This is a lesson learned. Hardee’s is in the same parking lot. I can eat there every morning I work for the price of these 2 sandwiches that left alot to be desired. If your money is easy to part with then by all means go ahead.

Typical local breakfast place. Busy on a Sunday morning. Wish we could have sat outside on dog friendly patio but we didn’t have to wait to sit inside. We had to request to have the table wiped off. Love all the dog pictures. Staff were so busy they didn’t have time to offer coffee refills or check on us after food was delivered to see if we needed anything -I would have liked honey for the biscuit. Eggs were the hottest, freshest thing on the plate. Everything else seemed to be cooked ahead of time and had been sitting around on a plate waiting for eggs to be plopped on top. Taste was good, would have been 5 stars if fresh.

Had biscuits and gravy but very little gravy w little if any sausage. Hubs had corned beef (appeared like the can type) but said grits were very good and creamy. For price we will go try elsewhere next time.

What an enjoyable breakfast. Come during a quiet time, as it is a small place, but you will love the coziness. I got the pancake combo, and it lives up to the price (7.95 for two huge plate-sized cakes) and comes with the sausage/bacon choice and eggs. The sausage is so good, has a little heat to it. Others who got the home fries combo and the grits also enjoyed it, and the server was great.

Loved everything about this place! Great food, prices, and atmosphere. The inside of the restaurant was tastefully decorated with a beach theme, clean, and offered a nice variety on their menu. Patio seating available as well with entertainment, water bowls for the pups, and beautiful potted fllowers lining the perimeter. The owner was kind and genuinely cared about the customer’s experience! Highly recommend!
