Love this place!!! I’ve never had a bad experience here. Their customer service is top notch and the food is fabulous! They do offer hibachi but it’s without the show, but does not lack in taste! It’s my favorite hibachi and sushi place. Kevin is our favorite server! I promise you won’t be disappointed… my favorites is the Salmon Hibachi dinner with fried rice, and the Volcano Sushi roll.

It’s a great place in Hudson, WI, and worth the trip if you are in MN. I thought the food was great. The quality and freshness of the fish were on point. I loved the sushi and the rolls. It was over $100 for two, but we ate a lot. This is my second time going, and it didn’t disappoint. I am definitely coming back.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was lively and welcoming. Our waiter, Hiro, made the evening even more special with his friendly service and great attention to detail. He made sure we had everything we needed and checked in often without being overbearing.
I ordered the hibachi scallops, and they were outstanding. Perfectly cooked — tender, buttery, and full of flavor. The portions were generous, and everything from the fried rice to the vegetables was fresh and delicious.

The servers were all wearing gloves (for food safety), and they offer a warm, moist towelette with their introduction.
My server was very careful to explain and double-check my order to make sure I was getting what I was looking for.
All the servers were very attentive and polite.
They even box up leftover food to go for you right at the table.
My Sashimi was incredibly fresh and delicious.

Fantastic food and our waiter was amazing!! He provided exceptional service. We had 5 people, so they had to move a chair. No large tables.
Crab Rangoon and soft shell crab appetizers were divine. The steak and lobster was okay, but nothing to get too excited over. We ordered like 6 or 7 different rolls, and all were very good.
Parking is very limited and tight. Don’t bother trying to make reservations because all you’ll get is a busy signal. I tried at 3:00 in the afternoon and it was near empty when we arrived at 3:45

I have been going to this phenomenal restaurant for years. Lunch, dinner, bar, it’s all great environment with great food. If you don’t like sushi, they make a great hibachi! It’s plenty of food and food variety; you won’t be disappointed. If you like sushi, I don’t think there is a bad roll to get, other than your own personal preferences. Their customer service is consistent and efficient. Can’t wait till next time.

Had the sushi lunch and when I ate my shrimp sushi it tasted like chemicals. I tried to tell them but I kept being shut down and told it was ginger, I eat ginger and cook with ginger this tasted like windex. And it smelt like chemicals. The California roll was fine.

Great sushi! Our server was joking with us the entire time, our waters were always filled, and the food came out fast! I love the bowl of candy at the exit of the restaurant too.

Sopporo is a great place for quality and price. The food is good, but is of the usual sushi bar taste you’d find in many other similar places. I’m not disappointed. The service was fast and our server was very nice.
