All of their staff id encountered was very nice and friendly. The restaurant has wonderful food.
They have some of the nicest bathrooms that I’ve ever seen in a truckstop.
Last night, I had to go….GOOOOO, when we pulled in. I ran into the building and I guess one of the workers saw the panic on my face bc he asked “restrooms?” And pointed. A true hero lol
I ran into the first stall and plopped down. The seat was warm….actually more than warm, borderline hot. I immediately got yucked out bc someone obviously just got off that toilet.
But nay, it was a heated bidet toilet seat. I’d never used a bidet before and thought to myself, eh, why not. This one had a bidet for the back end AND the front end, with heated water! It also had a heated air dryer. My tush was happy.
Will eat and……..go here again. 10 out of 10, highly recommended.

I don’t know her schedule, and it should be everyday so people could experience the joyful personality of a human.
Please give her a raise and allow her to train the service center employees around the nation!

Every time I stop at Sapp Bros. they find a new way to rip off the working man. It’s harder and harder to survive out here in trucking, everything costs 4 or 5 times what it’s worth. 50 cents worth of coffee, they charged $2.13 to refill my small coffee mug. Suddenly Sapp Brothers is Starbucks, only with burnt old coffee. Definitely won’t be having breakfast here in the morning like I planned, I’m sick of getting ripped off. I’ll just make oatmeal in the truck and keep on moving down the road, making a mental note to stop coming to Sapp Brothers.

I had a great experience at this Sapp Bros location. There was a good balance of both paid and unpaid parking spots, with clearly designated areas for both bobtails and full tractor-trailers. Parking was easy to navigate, and there seemed to be plenty of fuel islands available without long wait times.
I used one of the private showers for $15, and it was well worth it—clean, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of room to move around. The store itself was well-stocked with a wide variety of food options, including Burger King and Lucille’s Fried Chicken, which was a nice surprise.
If you’re in need of truck essentials like rags, sweaters, brooms, or other basics, they’ve got all the necessities you’d expect from a quality truck stop. Overall, I give this location a high rating and would absolutely stop here again. My stay was enjoyable, and the facilities were well-maintained.

if you want good food and a clean place with exceptional service and the bathrooms are 110% Mom approved like the sign said! womens bathroom has individual stalls with your own sink. I will come back here when traveling for sure!

Average, parking little to tight and fuel lines as well! Many reserved parking available and easy to park, other parking spaces are tight and it’s dirty and stinky all around! Blue Beacon trucks wash is just there and Pilot truck stop just across the street. Inside the store is nice and plenty of products and food available. Personnel average as many other places.

I stopped at this service center and asked them how much to put a plug in my tire. They wanted to charge me $69.99. Then they said they would do it for $50.00 cash. I told them they were crazy. $50.00 to push a tire plug in my tire? They aught to be ashamed of themselves. Robbery! .

The women’s bathroom could have been a little cleaner. But this big truck stop sells both cold and hot food options, snacks, beverages, clothes, stuffed animals and many other things. There is an Apple Barrel restaurant attached to the store. The cashier Julie that rang up my items was very friendly.

We, a men’s church group, go there regularly on Thursday. The waitress Karen, sets up tables as needed, is very excellent at knowing each of our names, even usual likes on the menu.
Today, October 01, 2025 is here BIRTHDAY! She has a special way of singing Happy Birthday to each of us regulars. We can’t wait to interact next Thursday meeting and breakfast; to try to wish sign her Happy Birthday the way she does for us.

Nice truck shop style shop but the 5 stars is about the private bathroom stalls in the ladies room with deep sink (deep enough to wash some light laundry or a baby in!) and heated, optional jet settings and warm air drying bidet! Oh my, who known I needed that experience!
