Walked in on a random Monday evening and were able to enjoy the happy hour prices.
We were recommended the Santucci’s classic personal pizza which is a square pizza with cheese on the bottom and smothered with red sauce. I thought it was great and for happy hour with the $3 off personal pizzas, it was with the $9 price point.
The red sauce was bland, not too acidic but also not so flavorful. The crust was interesting — fluffy but a little flavourless. My fiance likened it to a larger version of a Lunchable. We did get a pretty cheese pull!
Was it the best pizza I’ve ever had? No, but it did fill me up cause I was hungry.

This place is AWESOME. The pizza crust is light and crispy, and the meatballs are splendid. The staff is very polite and friendly. The owner(aka The Pizza Ninja), was so friendly and accommodating to our group of 40+ people. They did an amazing job ensuring that we were all taken care of. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. A must try restaurant.

Ordered take out the other night. Pizza was okay, but I’m not a fan of this style. The signature was my preferred but still the ingredients didn’t taste fresh. The works had a better flavour but with the increased toppings made the crust soggy. Mozzarella sticks were solidified and not good.
Felt considering the quality, two small pizzas and some mozzarella sticks was expensive at $43.

Santucci’s on North Broad never misses. The food is consistently great, but what really stands out is the staff. Everyone is incredible, Orders are taken quickly, come out hot and exactly right, and the team works together like a well-oiled machine.
Even when it’s busy, they stay friendly, professional, and attentive, which honestly makes the whole experience that much better.
You can tell they care about what they’re doing and about the customers. It’s rare to find a place that balances speed, accuracy, and great service this well. Definitely one of my go-to spots — highly recommend.

I didn’t dine in, I placed an order through the Santucci’s app for the North Broad store. My food didn’t come on time and I received no updates through the app or through text messages. When I called the store to inquire about the status of my delivery, a very kind woman picked up and explained to me the app was having trouble assigning a delivery driver. She then went above and beyond by delivering my order herself. And if that wasn’t enough, when dropping off the food she let me know she threw in a few cookies for our enjoyment and did not accept the cash tip I tried to give her. I didn’t get this woman’s name, but she was fantastic and made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you!!

Santucci’s was very nice to us, pizza was just peronally not my favorite style. Super delicious but they have the “sauce first” mentality. Service was superb, despite the owner being indicted ok tax fraud. Atmosphere was perfect for the scenario, we went as a group of 16, no reservation. They were able to accomodate and serve us, overall one of the nicer places in Philadelphia.

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the pizza itself was absolutely delicious—crispy crust, fresh toppings, and just the right amount of cheese. What really made the visit special, though, was the exceptional service provided by Tracey and Tim.
Tracey was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and offering great recommendations. Tim also went above and beyond to ensure our experience was top-notch, handling everything with a smile and genuine care.

Santucci’s is one of my favorite spots. It’s a great place to hang out, watch the birds, and enjoy really good food and drinks. Anytime I come back from a trip, this is always the first place I order from. It’s kind of my welcome home ritual. The food is always amazing, the service is fabulous and everyone is always SO personable. Highly recommend!
