Just the best fast food i ever been to. I completely love the hamburgers and how they taste because it seems that they put love into it, in the other hand macdonalds and burger king are so overrated cuz the burgers they make taste like nothing. I love eating from culvers because the food has flavor in it. The place is a really good environment and the workers are also really nice people. I highly recommend this place on top of any others. This is the best fastfood restaurant i ever been to.

Generous 3 stars. Culver’s is a McDonald’s type of restaurant (and I don’t mean fast food), where the atmosphere is nice, service is often friendly, food is cheap, and kids like it. But if you were born anytime prior to 2015 you’re better off going to a Five Guys or an In-n-Out for burgers that actually taste good. Ours at Culver’s left a lot to be desired, with the meat overcooked and still somehow served cold. The bacon was also cold. Fries were good, though, and so was the free scoop of vanilla ice cream the kids got.

This is my new favorite spot in Winter Haven! From the clean and calm atmosphere to the buttery buns and yummy frozen custard, our family just loves to stop in and grab lunch or dinner. They have something for everyone! Gluten free, salads, chicken, and fish.

I’ve been to this Culver’s location twice. The first time I had ordered in the drive thru, and I pulled up an waited 30 minutes while many others were served ahead of me. After telling my son over and over to be patient, I went into the store, they said they had no record of my order, they had forgotten about me entirely. They had charged my debit card and took my money, but provided no service. I asked for a refund, the manager said they could not give a refund, and offered me a coupon for a free item worth $3-4 dollars on a $15 dollar order. I ended up being late for an appointment due to this situation, I explained our position to the manager, she had no empathy or compassion, and she looked at me with a hard stare, like I didn’t matter and I was inconveniencing her. I swore I would never return.
After a year or more we were in the area again, my son really wanted a concrete mixer, I thought that maybe they had a new manager and new staff, so we took another chance. The service was fair, the order took more time than I expected- I ordered well in advance on the app, and we were the only customer when I arrived, and our custards were runny and melted instead of firm and proper temperature, with very little mix-ins compared to custard amount. The young lady who brought our custards out to us was friendly.
I’d adjust the rating to a two star, except the first experience was so terrible that I can’t justify anything above one star overall. Avoid this location, and as I’ve recently found, most Culver’s locations as a whole.

very strange and rude customer service from night crew, especially miss tasha. the woman in the lobby is quite strange as well. food was mid and could tell it wasn’t fresh. the bacon was burnt and old tasting. expected much better from culver’s.

Delicious food ! Amazing atmosphere, quality ice cream and milkshakes. The fries were good the burgers were good aww man their food was just memorable. A little pricey but it’s some quality fast food. I love how they read you what’s in the burger when you order it to make sure it doesn’t have anything you dislike. That’s your moment to remove what you don’t want. Then when it got to the table it was 100% nothing was wrong or missing. I had more of a complicated order to test their accuracy and boom no mistakes which is super impressive.
All around great experience and I will be back. We were all happy. If I had to be picky I would only complain about the burger itself being a bit underseasoned. But it could just be me because I prefer salty and a hit of umami. But yeah maybe a bit more seasoning fellas. I left happy and full though.

I must say its the first time I had to go back to a review I left a while that was top notch and scale it back to this…. if there is one thing I hate is complaining or asking to fix and order but the last 4 times I have been here through drive through its always something. The concretes always come under portioned not full like it used to and why offer toppings if at the time of ordering are barely in the cup? I asked for vanilla concrete, chocolate syrup and salted caramel with pecans, I was given a vanilla concrete with 5 pecans in it a smear of a drop of chocolate i have to find and a string of caramel on top of the concrete. One of the times was even questioned by one of the kids when I went in to complain because why this keeps happening. The kid dared to say and questioned if I ate from it before coming which I didn’t and after a back and forward a manager stepped in and fixed it properly. To end this time I try to asked them the difference and they just pointed at one and said have a nice day. No receipt no actual concern for the order being wrong just trying to get you out the way after paying. They say 3rd time is the charm…. well I gave 4 before dedication g time to even doing this but the frustration is insane knowing how expensive the food is from here. People expect what they pay for and to be shorted and treated like “keep it moving” is the new culvers way… I’m good!

While I’m not a lover of fast food, Culver’s is an exception and we’ve visited a lot of Culver’s over the last couple years. When we’re on the road and just need a quick bite, they’re convenient and decent.
This location is the best one I’ve been to!

They got our order right.
The drink station was very clean.
The ladies room was clean.
I got the distinct impression that the employees in this location take pride in their jobs. Very nice—hope to visit this one again.

Fishing Ace
We ate here tonight after a long and satisfying day at Legoland with our kids. The food was on point. (Deluxe double burger and kids meals with vanilla and carmel pecan custards). I needed to specifically highlight the staff, who were super kind and patient with us and our small children; none of us knew the menu well, and they took time to answer our rookie questions without showing any impatience, esp on new year’s eve a couple hours before closing. I wanted to also specifically highlight the black man who worked the counter tonight and took our order; he acted like he genuinely cared and took pride in what he does- I am sorry I dont remember his name, but he was fantastic in every way. I should have tipped him (I know tipping isn’t required) and now I regret not. But the food, service, and cleanliness were all excellent. Thanks for making our last meal out of 2025 a really good one.
