Grew up making Italian wedding( escarole soup) this is a disrespectful version of said soup. They charge $9.50 for barely 6oz of soup. There’s a couple, seemingly frozen, meatballs no chicken and I’m not sure what the green stuff is. When I called to ask about it the kitchen manager replied with “the prices are clearly stated on the menu”. I called prior to make sure it wasn’t the tiny bit of sad soup in the picture and was told it was not. Also, ordered garlic parm fries and paid for extra parm. I’d hate to see what they would look like without the extra parm. They’re basically fries with a little pizza cheese sprinkled on top. Total waste of money. Overpriced food that is a far cry from what the original santucci’s used to be.

Was there around 3. Weekday, place was empty. A few people at the bar. Sat at the bar. Ordered the personal B-B-que chicken pizza. It was AMAZING, and so was the bartender. Great personality!

I’m writing this review with sadness as I grew up with Santucci’s in Northeast Philadelphia and since moving to New Jersey have frequented the South Philly, Broad Street, Washington Twp and Cherry Hill locations, and the Tap Room location is closest to me, and unfortunately is not up to the standards of the other locations referenced. I don’t know if it’s the ovens that were already in the kitchen that are contributing to this, but from a quality control perspective, it must be known internally that this is not the quality level that people who know this brand expect and I hope that it’s addressed as I would love to be able to frequent this location versus driving to Cherry Hill.

I ordered a hamburger and got 2 burger patties ala McDonald’s, YUCK. Seriously, go ANYWHERE ELSE for a burger. Waste of money, time. Really, a bar with a crappy burger?

There is no doubt that unless you’re in the Bordentown area, Santucci’s has the best pizza. We’ve had this delicious pie in Washington Twp, several Philly locations, years vack Berlin area and now close to home in Haddonfield. All locations outstanding says a Calabrese girl.
