The place has great ambiance. It’s clean, spacious and the music makes everything feel cozy. The staff was friendly. Our server is very polite and she checks on us to make sure we are taken cared of. The food is great! The flavors are there, the meat is cooked perfectly. They have a guacamole cart! They make it fresh right in front of you with the ingredients/flavors you prefer! The guacamole girl is the sweetest person! She was polite and very nice and she made the best guacamole I have ever had. Overall, the best experience! With that said, the husband and myself agree that this is now the best Mexican restaurant in Watertown.

Great menu options! Attentive servers, hosts, and managers! Food was delicious and nice portions. Love seeing the table side guacamole, it is $11 but you can ask the server to add or remove ingredients. I don’t love the new lights, they give off a cold light. The new dining room chairs are small, I saw a few customers looking uncomfortable in them. Overall a great experience!

We had the prime rib and enchiladas. Those were very good and very tasty and we had some guacamole that was very good and fresh and the salsa is also very good not too spicy and the fried ice cream is the best I’ve ever had!

Service was fast and phenomenal! Right as we sat down, we got our order taken down and our drinks came fast! We were greeted by a lady asking us if we would like some fresh guacamole made right in front of us! The queso appetizer we ordered tasted so fresh like fresh cheese! I have never tasted queso so good! The rest of our order was brought out to us right away after we got our appetizer. The waiter was super funny and nice and checked on us often! The beans tasted freshly made along with the rice! Other places that I’ve ate at their beans tasted like canned beans tbh but Santo Tequila their food was fresh and delicious! I 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone! I would come here again!

Santo Tequila in Watertown really impressed us. The steak fajitas were packed with flavor and perfectly cooked, and the chile relleno was spot-on with that rich poblano sauce on top. The highlight of the whole meal was the tableside guac, fresh, salty, and loaded with onions and jalapeños, paired with warm, crispy chips. We also enjoyed a refreshing piña colada and a cucumber jalapeño margarita that had just the right kick. The only miss for us were the beans, but with everything else being this good, it’s such a small footnote. Definitely worth a visit!

Santo Tequila is the best place to go for a dinner of one or for 30. It is one of the nicer places in town with a cool atmosphere and great food options. Staff are excellent and so kind. One of the top restaurants in town!
