Stopped into Santino’s on a Thursday night and overall had a good experience. The staff was friendly, our server was great, and they kept the table cleared without hovering. The food itself was very good across the board.
Where the place misses a bit is on value. The wait for the food ran longer than expected for a weeknight, and the portion sizes didn’t quite line up with the price — the Brussels sprouts in particular felt small for what they charge. Another thing to be aware of: the cash price and credit price are different, and that gap adds up on a larger check.
Still, it’s a solid spot with good flavors and a nice atmosphere. If you’re in the area, it’s worth stopping by — just go in knowing the portions run light and the credit menu price comes with a premium.

My fiancé and I love Santino’s and have been here many times. We even had our first real dinner date here, so it’s a special place for us. The food is consistently excellent. The bacon and crabmeat Brussels sprouts are a must-try.
We arrived around 6:00 PM and were told there would be a 30-minute wait, which was fine, but we weren’t seated until about 45 minutes later. Service was noticeably slow throughout the night.
That said, the food was outstanding as always. The appetizers were phenomenal, the chicken parm with vodka sauce was a hit, and the meatloaf special was delicious.
We ordered dessert to go since it was close to 9:00 PM. My chocolate mousse cake was great. Unfortunately, my fiancé’s Spumoni sundae was missing all the toppings listed on the menu — it was just three scoops of gelato. While the gelato itself was excellent, it was disappointing given the description and the overall bill of about $150.
Santino’s is still one of our favorite restaurants, and we truly hope this was just an off night. The food never disappoints — we’d just love to see the service and attention to detail match it consistently.

Santino’s is a must-visit. The drinks are amazing, especially the cookie dough martini. Appetizers like the crab cake egg-rolls are a favorite, and entrees such as the filet tip cheesesteak and custom Italian-style pizzas are outstanding.

First time visitors! We pass by Santinos all the time and finally made it in for dinner last week. There is a good amount of parking in the back, but it fills up quick! You walk into the dining room with a nice size bar area behind the dining room. What I really loved as soon as I walked in is the lighting and all of the TVs not only in the bar area, but also in the dining area.
The hostess was very friendly and we got seated right away. We were greeted by Miley, who was very friendly and attentive throughout the entire dinner. She was great!
We ordered the strawberry basil mule and the berry old-fashioned, which were both delicious. Very refreshing. For appetizers, we ordered shrimp lejon and the grilled Romaine. Both were delicious. The shrimp and bacon were cooked perfectly- definitely could have used more of the horseradish sauce on the plate or at least some extra on the side. The grilled romaine was so flavorful with pancetta and Gorgonzola cheese. A very nice smoky flavor.
For dinner, I ordered the filet tips and shrimp and my husband ordered the chicken Marsala. The filet tips were nice and tender and the shrimp had a nice grill to it. The mashed potatoes and green beans were really good. The red wine sauce on top was okay….I feel like it was missing something but that could just be me. The Marsala sauce was really good on the chicken Marsala. It had that sweet flavor but the sauce was very light in color where I’m more used to the darker marsala sauce…I thought the chicken could have had more color to it and I couldn’t tell if there was a lightly floured coating on it or not. With all that said it was still good just different.
For “dessert” We ordered the caramel macchiato martini and let me tell you it was a perfect ending to our meal. Miley recommended this drink and she did not disappoint with the taste of the drink and the beautiful decoration she did on top. Very nice finish to our incredible dining experience. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and we will definitely come back. I want to try some of the sandwiches they have on the menu!

My family just got take out for my husband’s birthday. My husband got the blackened shrimp, I got the salmon n my daughter got shrimp risotto. Service was sooo fast! I picked it up myself n it was ready in 30 minutes!! Hot too! Everything was absolutely delicious! Wud definitely recommend it all n get all this again!!! Ty so much for making my husband’s bday special!

I just moved in the neighborhood and tried this place for the first time. It exceeded my expectations for a sports bar. Everything was so delicious!!! There were so many tasty sounding options on the menu it was hard to choose. Decently affordable as well, especially for the quality of food. Several craft cocktails too. The atmosphere was great too. My only complaint was they had cheap tasting bottled ranch instead of homemade. I’ll be coming back again soon!

I’m extremely upset! I have been getting chicken Demarco for years. Just got it for take out. Not only was there literally no sauce at all the pancetta was just laid across chicken. It’s supposed to be a creamy garlic sauce the pasta was so dry it looks like the added a teaspoon of water. For a 30.00 Entree of Chicken and Pasta I expected they would know how to cook a signature dish!!! Look at this!!!!

Had such a great night at Santinos Bar and Tap. Everything was on point. Our server, Emma K, was awesome, super friendly and attentive without hovering, and she genuinely made us feel taken care of the whole time. The food came out hot and tasted amazing, and the drinks were made perfectly. The atmosphere had such a good vibe too, fun and lively but still comfortable. Definitely one of the better spots in West Chester, and we will absolutely be back. Big shoutout to Emma K for making it such a great experience.

We sat on the bar, becausewas not too busy and is easier to ask for drinks, which were the best!y husband had an old fashion with Bulleit, and I had a margarita with Chambord! So yummy, we had for starters the eggplant caprese (what shows in the front of the website) that was so delicious!!! We wanted pizza, so we asked beside the Santino’s one which was the most likeable and our bartender suggested the Ungatz. Oh my, that was so amazing, that my hubby and I had it all! Lol. The bartender was so amazing and friendly, that we put immediately Santino’s Tap & Table, as our favorite date place!
