It was very cozy and welcoming on a Saturday night. My server was nice but way too busy as she was waiting tables AND taking very lengthy phone orders. I had to ask the food runner to bring over the wine menu because she never came back with it. My husband badly needed another iced tea. We asked for one, but about 10 minutes or so later I watched her glance at his empty cup as she walked past our table to deliver a soda refill to the table next to us. I politely stopped her and reminded her that he’d been waiting for a refill. She kindly brought it right over. I ordered the Shrimp Parmesean special, the kids got pasta and we also had two pies. We tried the New Yorker and the Pepperoni. We were all underwhelmed. My husband’s from NY, as well as partially Italian & Polish so he knows good pizza. The rest of us are avid Antico lovers so we know good pizza as well. We’ve decided that we’ll keep making the drive to get what we know and love as far as pizza goes.

I really enjoyed the food it was good. Wasn’t a fan of our waitress from the start. Asked for silverware and napkins and she looked at me like I was crazy and lying when I said I didn’t get any. Then I was charged $3 to mix Alfredo sauce with my mariara…. which we didn’t find out until the bill came and when we asked about it she said it was self explanatory. Btw a side of marinara is only If I would have know it was $3 I wouldn’t have done it and I’m sure she knew that. For the same original price I’d rather go to ippolito’s. Better and More food, better service and the same price…

I brought my mom here for dinner while she was in town a few weeks ago. I was looking for a good Italian place and I loved the variety of the menu. She had eggplant parmesan and I had a pasta dish with sun dried tomatoes and Kalamata olives. Both our meals were very good, as were the garlic rolls. The prices were reasonable. The only slight negative was that while they weren’t busy, the waitress took a long time closing us out. But all in all, I thought it was a great experience and I would definitely come back.
