Phoumy’s is amazing! If you are craving Thai food in Walla Walla this is a great place to go. It has a comfortable and warm vibe and is a great family/meeting spot! Our server was super funny and helpful, and the food itself is DELICIOUS. I got the fresh spring rolls and the chicken Thai BBQ plate. It’s so good every time! Definitely check it out.

Amazing service! I placed a order over the phone for pickup and they had it ready by the time we arrived! Even after a small hiccup with one of the mango sticky rice dishes they handled it with professionalism and made a new one!

The staff is truly kind and amazing at their work!

Prices are absolutely ridiculous for the low-mid quality of the food. $15 for two salad rolls is absolutely outlandish (not including the extra $5 they charge for 4 shrimp to be added). We paid $74 for two chicken phad thai, one order of spring rolls, and one order of shrimp salad rolls. It was all 2.5/5 quality and that price is absurd.

We keep hoping the food will get better but it’s always the same and never remotely worth it. The dining room is really nice and literally always completely empty, probably because of their prices. Either bring the quality of the food way up or bring the prices way down… this currently makes no sense.

This is a favorite restaurant of my family. My daughter loves it here and they are always so accommodating and kid friendly. The decor is amazing and I feel like I am transported to a little piece of Southeast Asia whenever I step foot inside. Also, the servers are always so helpful and friendly! I have yet to have a bad meal at this place and I go at least a few times a month! It is also the only Thai Restaurant in the Walla Walla Valley that you can actually go inside, sit down, and enjoy a meal.

Tonight I had the special, Isaan Sausage that came with a Papaya Salad and sticky rice. It was amazing. Sausage is a big thing where I am from in Louisiana and Texas so I thought it would be hard to impress me but boy did they! It had a great spice level and it was cooked to perfection.

Came here for dinner and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. There were only two tables occupied in the whole restaurant (ours and another small group), yet it still took over an hour to get our food. The staff seemed far more concerned with online and to-go orders than the actual customers sitting in front of them.

Our waitress didn’t bother to explain the delay until about 45 minutes in, and when she did, her tone was short and unfriendly. Things only got worse when the other table tried to pay—their check was a complete mess, with double charges, incorrect splits, and an automatic 18% gratuity that was applied without being disclosed. When the owner came out to “fix” it, he was shockingly rude and combative. He actually told the elderly women at the table that they couldn’t leave until he voided the check, and demanded they call people back who had already gone home. Then, he loudly complained that he “slaved away in the kitchen and wasn’t giving food away for free.” Completely unprofessional behavior, especially from the owner.

Members of that group even warned us on their way out to double-check our bills for overcharges and hidden fees. Sure enough, we never even got our check until we stood up and asked after sitting there for nearly two hours. When we finally did, the owner aggressively questioned us about the food. To top it all off, I accidentally left my water bottle behind, and he told someone in my party that she shouldn’t have said anything because he would have just kept it.

The food itself was mediocre at best, and the portions were tiny for the price. I paid $21 for a single plate with nothing left to take home. Absolutely not worth the money or the stress.

One of our favorite restaurants in Walla Walla! Have been coming here close to weekly since we moved here last year. Friendly service and delicious food! I almost always get the mango basil stir-fry with tofu (in picture). Tom kha soup is scrumptious. The fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce are a MUST!

I had a mixed experience. The food was excellent quality, tasted great and presented tastefully. However, our server (the owner) was rather rude at almost every interaction. And, he added a 20% tip to my check, which was done in such a way that if I had not paid close attention, I would have tipped twice.
