Placed a phone order 2 months ago. Went and picked it up, they had my order packaged in a bag. Paid for it and left. Got home and realized they left my order of chips and salsa out. I called the restaurant and told them what happened. The lady on the phone took my name and stated that next time I came in they would take care of it. Fast forward to yesterday, I was nearby so I stopped in to pick up the chips and salsa and was told by a gentleman that they would only honor it if picked up within 2 weeks. Advised him that was not what I was told. His response was “ sorry can’t help you”. Terrible customer service. Someone pays you for a product, honor it. Simple. Not to this location. I have supported them for years. This is the payback? Do better.

To be very honest, this has been the worst restaurant experience hands down. WORST MEXICAN FOOD I’VE EVER TASTED (coming from someone who was raised with Authentic Mexican food and Mexican Household). On top of that HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went in on my lunch break hoping for at least decent enchiladas. I was yelled at for asking my enchiladas a certain way (authentic way) and humiliated for asking if they had or sold a certain kind of salsa. I thought to myself alright maybe she’s not having the best day and chose to take it out on me. That’s fine, I let it slide and decided to still pay for my plate. When I saw my “plate” I was still willing to give it a chance even though it looked like a puddle of juices mixed with beans and onions. “Don’t judge a book by its cover”. Helll nahh, throw the whole book away. It was a plate of canned beans and basically biting into a soggy tortilla full of onion. Not only did I feel humiliated by their cashier but disappointed in myself for wasting $14 on a plate that tasted like *****. SAVE YOUR MONEY & TIME. Go ANYWHERE ELSE. LITERALLY

I thought the food would be better after reading some reviews, but those people need to get our more and try really good street tacos. Was it an off day? Not sure what everyone liked about this place. The saving grace was the salsa, now that was excellent. A lot of different salsa to choose from.

The only complaint is that they don’t all have a place to sit. But otherwise, some of the best Mexican food in the state! Their smothered, half n half, deluxe, carnitas and beans burrito is a staple for me! Wife loves half n half chile relleno burrito. Ooooooh and their breakfast burritos on Saturday!! Chorizo is my favorite!

I get breakfast burritos here almost every day, because it is near my job. I prefer the green chili over the milder red sauce. It’s a solid place and the franchise is a staple of the metro Denver community. The Indian tacos are really good with ground beef also.

Horrible customer service!! Tried to order breakfast burritos for a work event. Since I work for a municipality it had to be a tax exempt purchase. I told the person at the register this, they did not ring it up as such. When I pointed out the mistake they made a big deal about having to void the last purchase and create a new one. They did not allow me to purchase burritos because of this. Took my business down the street to Jalapenos where they had no issues running it tax exempt.

This restaurant used to be much better. I would order a pint of green chili and they would supply two flour tortillas. They recently raised their price from $5.37 to $6.40 including tax and today they said you don’t get the tortillas anymore. Also, their burritos, tacos, enchiladas, etc are pretty pedestrian. I see a lot of people giving their food 5 stars. I guess they don’t know what authentic Mexican food should taste like. Even Del Taco is better, lol. It’s sad when a restaurant puts profit above service. Really, how much can two flour tortillas cost them. I won’t be going back.
