Ordered the combination #1, three carne asada tacos with a side of rice and beans.
The tacos had a sufficient amount of meat, but the meat had gristle and several inedible pieces.
The tortillas was not special or made on site. Tasted like store bought at restaurant depot.
The salsa bar had a variety of options. There where several “creamy” sauces without being labeled. The white sauce tasted like it had dill similar to a Greek tzatziki sauce.
Unfortunately the onions where translucent in the onions and cilantro.
Unfortunately the tomatoes in the pico de gallo where translucent and had a weird taste.
The pickled jalapeño’s had a weird sour taste and I love ❤️ pickled jalapeño’s.
The side dishes or rice and refried beans were average nothing to write home about.
The combination I chose was on “Happy Hour” and for $0.80 more I could upgrade my drink to a premium Beer which I did. That was the star of the meal.
Honestly, I didn’t feel well after this meal.
Customer service was great with the gentleman trying to be helpful and recommend and explain the options.
Overall, I will try another local Mexican restaurant.
