I loved Santa Cruz Brewery and ended up going a few times during my trip because it was such an easy (and fun) stop.
The location is perfect — right in town with great views of the water, and it’s an awesome spot for craft beer lovers. The beer is delicious and it was so fun being able to try local Galápagos/Ecuadorian brews. Prices were also very reasonable. The food was great too — everything I tried was really good, and it’s the perfect place to grab a meal or snack after a tour or while taking a break from shopping.
The staff was friendly and welcoming every time I visited. Overall, such a great vibe and a must-stop if you’re in Santa Cruz and enjoy good beer, food, and a view.

Good beers, great atmosphere. If you will sit in outside, good for view on street with sea lions . Beers was really goods, staff perfect, always smile and willing. We had one problem, but it was with electro – not mistake pub . We were there 2 times, I think great idea going there for a couple of beers

As one of beer lover, even though I don’t like some craft beer because they are a bit too heavy for me, I went there cuz I thought I had to and end up I visited this place twice when I stayed in Santa Cruz only for 3 days. They kindly let me taste the all beer, and the food was at reasonable price and good quality which was a good surprise.

I visited this place yesterday and had a bad experience due to other customers smoking. The beer was great though so I wanted to give it another chance..I’m glad I did. The beer is made right here in Galapagos. I especially like the red Irish ale. The food is good as well. Yesterday I had the chicken fajitas and today I had the steak sandwich. Both were pretty good. No smokers today made the experience so much better. The views are great from the terrace and the balcony. Unfortunately they are also the smoking sections. Smoking is still common here so there isn’t much you can do about it. Probably the best beer on the islands are made and served here. Give it a try. The staff are great and the owner/manager is a wonderful person who really takes feedback seriously. I loved my smokeless second visit. This became my favorite restopub on the island. Award winning beers and yummy food.

I hate that I have to leave this because I am having a great vacation, but the customer service here is absolutely terrible. We ordered drinks and 4 out of 5 showed up. We reminded the waiter after a while had passed and he proceeded to accuse us of not ordering the 5th drink. There was 5 people and clearly 5 drinks ordered. That was fine. He then charged us more than what was on the promotion and we asked to clarify the price and he said it was a specific size even though the sign does not specify the size at all. The waiter just had absolutely no manners and was rude the entire time. I’m utterly disappointed because the view was great and honestly it isn’t hard to pour a beer. Good luck to this place. Make sure you double confirm any of their promotions because there is hidden caveats that are not written

Came here for a late weekend lunch and we were the only people in the restaurant. The beer and drinks are good, the food is nothing to write home about but it is still decent! The things that make this place are the people and the views. Super friendly service and the view of the marina is great!

CHEAP AND CHILL. When you’re walking through Santa Cruz and all the restaurantes seem too fancy and too posh, this brewery brings you down too fun and cool and easy. On the one side the IPA was incredible, I will actually go back for another point of that before leaving. The food on the other hand, NOT great. Very little amount of food without grace pe care. For one night ok, but I wouldn’t eat there again. Maybe some fries to eat work my IPA, but no more than that. The service guys were nice, but a little disorganized.

They open later on Mondays. The beer is really nice. They had a hazy IPA that was so delicious. The atmosphere is relaxed with a great view of the water and the bustling street. I ordered the fish and chips, and it was huge. The chips were too hard and salty but the fish was delicious. It seemed breaded like a hash brown.

This is the place to go if you want good beers and food together, plus a great view of the ocean! You can see everything from their balcony all the way from the urban trails in front to the ocean horizon in the distance. The food is very good here. The burgers are a standout, plus the beers are excellent. Their daily rotation changes so you can expect something new each visit. The staff is very friendly, speaks some English, and accepts credit card payments. The restrooms are clean. I’d return any time, especially for the price.
