As someone who’s eaten at every pizza spot in Winnipeg, including shortys, Tommy’s etc, I just recently ordered from Santa Ana the other day and omg, The cheese pizza is to die for, The sauce has a perfect balance of savory and sweet, The cheese blend is extremely high quality “and the amount of cheese is insane” the cheese pull was amazing, I also ordered the Mexican pizza and the toppings were heavy and overflowing with goodness, and the meat was seasoned to perfection, and the crust ? WAS to die for, I don’t usually write reviews but I just had to for this business, Highly recommend.!!!

First time to this quaint pizza place. We came early (4pm). Just reopened the dining area, so don’t need a reservation right now. Food is excellent, top quality pizza and fresh toppings. Friendly staff. You gotta eat here!

Santa Ana catered a recent birthday party and we couldn’t be happier! We got great advice about what and how much to order, we picked it up on a day the restaurant was closed, it was hot and ready to go and very delicious! Great quality, great price, great experience.

The staff are what makes this place special. They’re always friendly and welcoming, and every time you walk in it just feels comfortable, like you’re at home. That kind of genuine warmth and service is hard to find these days, especially in a city like Winnipeg. We always feel welcome here, and that’s why we keep coming back. Highly recommend.

This restaurant is in a strip mall but don’t let the ordinary facade trick into thinking this is an ordinary pizza joint.
Located in the strip mall there is eay more parking than ever could be used. However there is a limited amount of seating inside so it would be prudent to reserve well ahead of the date you want.
Friendly staff sat us quickly. They have comfortable seats in a lovely atmosphere. They have decent sized menu starters, pasta, pizzas and salads etc.
They had 11″ wood fired pizza and 15″ stone baked pizza, which we could have had thin crust or the regular (we chose the regular).
Both pizzas were cooked right, neither being doughy/undercooked nor charred/hard and dry. Our loaded pizzas were just right.
The regular crust on the 15″ was awesome. The crust wasn’t greasy. The crust light and airy. It was cooked but neither doughy or tough. Even the edges didn’t get hard or crusty, just the right amount of chew.
The wood fired 11″ was very good, the dough handled the toppings without getting soggy and the crust wasn’t burned or dried out.
The quality of the toppings were very tasty and the pizzas were very filling. Everything we saw that came out of the kitchen looked really tasty.
Don’t let the exterior fool you, this is one great restaurant.
We will be back.

I hadn’t been here for several years,. Man was I disappointed this go around. Ordered pizza for p/u and went 10 min before they said to come. It was on the counter, barely warm when we ate it. Little flavor, soggy and limp, with a chewy crust. What happened? Was not worth close to 50 bucks thats for sure.

We used to really enjoy this place, but our recent experience was quite disappointing. We ordered two veggie pizzas for a small birthday get-together, and the quality was not up to the usual standard. The pizzas were undercooked, dry, and lacked flavor. It seemed like they may have been rushed, as the order was placed about 30 minutes before closing time. It was disheartening, especially for a special occasion. It would be appreciated if we could receive a refund or some form of compensation for this experience.

Santa Ana is one of our go to places for pizza and pasta as we always have a great experience and enjoy our meals. We also recently used Santa Ana to cater our wedding of 70 people- the team at Santa Ana was great to work with and our guests loved the selection of pizzas, pastas and salads. Definitely would recommend for date night, a night in or even a special event!

Visiting my two cousins and they ordered from this place as they said it’s amazing. Asked that I pick, looked at their menu online and decided on their Philadelphia Pizza; wood fired steak, mushroom, onion, garlic, cheddar & Pesto Pizza; chicken breast, roasted red pepper, asiago, basil pesto.
We picked them up ourselves so as to make sure that the profit goes only to the restaurant and not to a delivery service.
They looked amazing! The crust was crisp and chewy. They do not shy away on toppings, each piece was a meal. Soo hearty, flavorful and downright delicious!
Going to visit my cousins again before new years and hope order from them again while in town.
