Delayed Restroom Access While Pregnant
Today at approximately 1:35 at this location I requested the restroom key.
The employee did not deny access, but she asked if I had purchased something and told me to wait. I am pregnant, and restroom access in that condition is urgent.
Other customers in line even told her to give me the key because I am pregnant, yet she continued asking me to wait.
This situation was uncomfortable and unnecessary. When someone is pregnant and asking for a restroom key, there should not be delays.
I hope this location reinforces better judgment and sensitivity in these situations.

Which yes I did but what if for someone else did not!
At the end I had to use the restroom in the salon next to the Dunkin’. Thank you to the lady who helped me

You pay for cold foam or whipped cream and these guys never put it, the past 4 times I’ve came and paid for it they never put it. Today I asked for a cup of water with ice and was given a pup cup with 5 pieces of ice from the white male with curly hair. Sad as a paying customer this is the standard of service being provided. I’ve never had this issue at any other Dunkin in the area as well as Dunkin’s in other states, this location always drops the ball besides the Indian lady on the register she is very sweet and always does the drinks well! It seems she is the only competent worker at the store the rest can’t even read instructions off of a receipt as simple as whipped cream or cold foam. Customers always block you in if you park in front of store and everytime I go to pick up a coffee there’s always people smoking at the seats right in front of the door. I’d avoid this Dunkin’ Donuts unless you want to be disappointed.

Yesterday, I went to this location and had an amazing experience. Customer service was A1 and my first time trying the butter cookie drink, made perfectly. Today? A complete MESS. The staff was all over the place, out of drinks and ingredients, visibly LOST, and my drink that I paid $5 plus tax for? NOT GOOD. There were patrons smoking right next to the entrance so you’re walking through a cloud of cigarette smoke to get in, no one regulates the line so it just looks like a crowd of people instead of a queue and it was an overall bad experience. The day after Thanksgiving staff weren’t good and everyone needs to be retrained.

Order on the app 50 munchkins saying it will be ready at set time. I arrive there and they said they don’t have anymore munchkines and if I wanted something else instead. These are for a kids party. Funny enough this is the first Dunkin donuts that doesn’t even have the back wall with the donuts on display. Did Dunkin change their business model? Looks like more like a barista bar now. Tried to refund in the app but the app service to do that is down so guess I can’t get my money back.

I’m a regular customer 4 or 5 days a week, and the Manager never like to do anything, the latest I ask to cut a bagel in half which she replied NO that they don’t do that, everybody else are so nice. I always spend more than $ 5.00 plus tips.

Don’t call them they won’t answer but the food is good for a good price. Also the ubereats is weird because if I order a bacon, egg, and cheese with a croissant instead of a bagel, they only give me bagel options.
