When I go to the food court at the Meadows Mall I always order from this Japanese spot. The menu is pretty straightforward and I usually go with their teriyaki chicken and shrimp with veggies add mushrooms. The service is usually speedy and the food always comes out piping hot. Their plates are usually very plentiful, especially for the price. Overall, the veggies are fresh, the meat/seafood is average, and the teriyaki sauce is one of the best parts of the meal. It’s sweet, savory, and absolutely delicious.

It’s been a while since I’ve sat at a food court in the mall to eat. Came to pick up an online order. I remember the last time I was at meadows, and I ate at Sansei. The exact same experience. Big portions and the shrimp are great. Honestly, for the price, it’s a great option. Substituted the rice for noodles and added the veggies. I won’t finish this all. Tastes great.

This restaurant is usually amazing not to say this time it wasn’t but lately I’ve noticed they’ve gotten a little less generous with the vegetables. And every once a while you get an over cook crispy bit of meat or rice, but other than that that this place is almost always fantastic. Today I got the chicken and shrimp with rice, noodles and veggies. My baby got the three protein teriyaki chicken beef and shrimp with rice and veggies. So yum!

they closed 30 minutes early for no reason ! i drove all the way there, just for the employee tell me they closed early because they are tired… that’s really bad for business.. definitely should get some harder working people for your business. love the food though !

I recently visited your location inside the Meadows Mall food court. While my companion and I enjoyed the food itself, I left feeling disappointed with the customer service experience.
When I approached the counter, I asked a question about a salmon roll pictured on your menu board, specifically whether it was crispy on the outside. The attendant replied, “I don’t know,” without attempting to find out, which left me feeling brushed off. The woman behind him, who I believe may have been the owner, did answer my question with sort of a snickered attitude, and her delivery came across as though I was unknowledgeable and that I should not have asked a question. This interaction created an uncomfortable tone before we had even placed our order.
We still decided to purchase our meal, two dinner items and a side, which came to about $40. While we were satisfied with the food, the lack of attentiveness and courtesy from the staff left a negative impression.
I’m sharing this in the hope that it will be taken constructively. Clear product knowledge and warm, welcoming service can make all the difference in the customer experience. I encourage you to consider additional training for both staff and management so that guests feel valued and informed when dining with you. As a former restaurant owner, I know firsthand how critical customer service is to building loyalty, and I hope my feedback helps strengthen your business.

Disgusting sushi
They contain a lot of sugar. The taste doesn’t resemble sushi at all. The wasabi isn’t spicy. To feel its heat, you need to eat a whole teaspoon.
