This is absolutely the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. The general tao chicken was dry, crunchy, and salty. The color of the sauce was a darker brown than the original color. I feel like they gave me someone else’s order that was old from sitting out all day. My friend also ordered from here and had chicken wings and pork fried rice. The chicken was pink and not clean properly. She also complain about some other parts of the chicken being extremely dry. I’m very disappointed I spent 22$ here and wish I could get my money back. Do yourself a favor and order from another trusted Chinese food instead.

Terrible, worst food ever! Save ur $$ if ur looking for a tasty meal. Egg foo young: egg burnt, chicken must have been reheated, it was hard as a rock. The sauce was “nothing” like egg foo young sauce I’ve ever had. I was given a container of what seemed to be teriyaki sauce. Wrong!! The meat in the fried rice was totally inedible, I picked it out for my 2 cats, they didn’t even eat 1 piece. The soup was dish water with almost raw,chewy dumplings.

This place used to be very good but has gone downhill lately. I ordered chicken on a stick as an appetizer and it was dried out and burnt. The wonton soup was just as bad. There was no flavor to the broth and the noodles were hard and chewy as if they weren’t cooked at all. The staff is friendly enough but that doesn’t warrant mediocre food.

Have been going here for 5+ years now and food has been consistently good. Just got food for my entire family this past Sunday and everyone enjoyed their meal. The women who works the front counter is very nice and personable. I plan to continue eatting here for many years to come. Never got around to writing a review. Which is a shame, because there’s a reason we always order from this place. The food is simply great. I’ve had chinese at various places, and nothing compares to this one. The boneless ribs are my personal favorite, and this is the only place (that I know of) that makes it the way they do. No matter what I order, they never disappoint, and it’s very affordable. Oh, and you should check out their frenchfries, trust me. Odd, I know, but just do it.

I wish there was a way of attaching a horrible image I found for this place. Have not ordered from this place in a while with no specific reason to why, but I’m glad I didn’t attempt to. Roach in rice! I’m horrified and disgusted. How is this place even stay in business??? Please be smart and don’t even think about ordering from Sang Sang!

Aside from the ribs and customer service being good this place is atrocious. We ordered the butterfly shrimp with bacon. sounds great right? when we asked she said the shrimp and bacon were fried and with sautéed onions, thats all. However when we got it we were to find out that it had eggs on top along with weird cardboard vegetables and string beans. The onions were not sautéed and the bacon was undercooked and not fried and the shrimp was the same with the shell still on. how disgusting! when I went to take a bite of this mess I bit immediately into the shell of a shrimp. when attempting to swallow I found that i could not bite through the bacon due to it being undercooked and began to choke and gag due to this. the bacon was raveled up and seemed never ending as I had to pull it out of my mouth. to give a example of how this looked my uncle referred to the magic trick done by magicians where they pull the never ending scarf out of their mouths. And their wanton soup lacked all flavor in their dumplings along with any source of meat inside along with a gross flavor with the broth. Their duck sauce was sour to mention so if we get sick they will not hear the end of this. This place is disgusting and I would never return. Do not come here. I prefer places like the orient or even jani which I hate over this place. I repeat again DO NOT COME HERE.

I just moved out to Levittown just 2 wks ago and didn’t know anything around my area and drove past this place before and decided to go here…. I was wrong to go here, I ordered a large wongtong soup and it look really yellow and the broth was really yellow pea looking also, the dough was really thick and then I ordered steamed dumplings and those warrant that great either, the color looked off to me, and on top of that they didn’t put in ANY Chinese chips and I ordered an egg roll and I figured I didn’t have to ask for the source for it and they would automatically know to put it in for you, so when I got home my boyfriend eat his egg roll with know source. Well now I know to never go back to this place again what a weast of money, threw most of it out.

Dealt with an incredibly rude employee over the phone named Angie. Called to let her know they forgot sweet and sour sauce for my order. Says to me “well can you come and get it?” My reply was what is the point of delivery if I have to go over there and she tells me not to cop an attitude with her. Will never order from this dump again
