Went here with an open mind as I do to any new place I go to try. To start off when I first got in there the guy at the register showed no hospitality. As I ordered there was no eye contact or smile shown from any of the employees. I ordered wings and a pizza knowing that it took 20 minutes for them to make both. I ended up waiting about 35 minutes for him to come out with my food. I said, “Thank you, have a nice day.” And got no response what so ever. I got back to my room and first thing I tried were the “hot” wings and they looked nothing like the picture on the menu, they looked and tasted plain. On top of that you can tell they’ve been in the freezer for a good amount of time. Highly disappointed to start off, they should not advertise what they don’t serve in reality. After I tried two wings I opened the pizza, the pizza wasn’t too bad but it was overly loaded with onions, there was more onions than there was cheese on the pizza. The portions were not good and I basically only tasted onion, sauce, and bread. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this place I feel like I wasted my money and my time. If your going to try this place I suggest you only try a sandwich. You’d think that with this place being in a small city that the people there would be welcoming but that was not the case. Horrible experience!

Saturday night. 730 pm. Tables are dirty. 3 people at one table eating. 4 in the kitchen. Been waiting over 15 minutes for food. Not even brought out appetizers. No lids available for soda cups, had to ask.

This place Tried it twice now on our way up north to visit the lake because the timing always works out to be when our baby wakes up and we just want so badly for it to be a good stopping place…but alas. It’s like stepping back in time to 1985 which would be cool and quirky if it were clean and the food was decent. My son’s chicken tenders were legitimately worse than their school cafeteria and the rest of the food wasn’t much better. The bathrooms are dark and dingy with only one toilet properly flushing and you dry your hands on one of those 80’s rotating cloth dryer things. Also no changing table. Again, if the food were delicious and cheap none of these quirks would bother us. I hate leaving negative reviews but the Google rating of this place just does not seem accurate….

Insane! On a Friday night at 9pm a group of 8 of us 50 to 70 years olds were sitting at a table deciding what to order for dinner. I went up to order the food at 9:08pm and some guy came out of the kitchen saying “You’re not eating here! You need to get your food to go! Because I’m not staying past 10pm we close at 10pm and I’m not staying open for you!”
At the table we had people that have been the director of the operation of Pizza Hut. Others that have managed Hotels, Resorts, Bars, other restaurants.

My family and I showed up around 7:00pm, we sat down took a couple minutes to order so we put our order in around 7:15pm. We sat down in the dining room with our 5 kids and waited… and waited…and waited. After an hour and Watching everyone else get their food I got up and asked how much longer they thought it would be. She looks at her other employee and asked if they misplaced a ticket. He look confused and she said it’s the family that’s sitting by the door. He came out and had to search for our ticket. By this time it’s already 8:10pm. They got aggravated and started on our food finally. We just got our food at 8:40pm.Safe to say we probably won’t be back for a while.

The pizza I had was great. Breadsticks were plain. My husband’s meatball sandwich was extremely greasy. It was a cute little place underneath the Time Out Bar. When we went there was only one person working. He had to take an order and go get it made, then come take another order, go get it started, came back to get another order, etc.

Great food, friendly staff, and an overall great experience! Whether you sit upstairs in the Time Out Bar or downstairs in the Sandwich Cellar (aka family room) you will leave satisfied. Try them both – you won’t be sorry!

I’ve only ordered carry out from here but that said, the food has been great. I’ve tried the hot seafood sandwich which was tasty and potato skins combo platter, also highly recommended. Can’t wait to try more.
