We were impressed during our 1st visit! Unique flavor profiles, fresh, quality ingredients, perfect amount of spices, and impressive portions! The only negative- having to make a choice on what to order! It probably took me 10 minutes to decide! I guess we need to head back soon to work our way through the menu!

We absolutely loved Sandwich & Salad Factory! The cute small-town atmosphere makes it such a welcoming place to stop, and the service was excellent from start to finish.
The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. My husband had the shrimp Caesar salad, my son ordered the chicken Caesar, and I tried the birria sandwich—everything was so so good!
We are not from that area but anytime we are around, we will definitely be back! I highly recommend stopping in if you’re in the area!

I only have this 3 stars because I had the birria sandwich which was really good. I ordered broccoli/cheese soup. The waitress brought the sandwich and fries before the soup. First the soup was too hot to eat. When it cooled enough to taste it… It was the worst broc/cheese soup I ever had. I took 2 bites and left it. I told the server and her comment was “Oh Really” with a slight smile. No offer for anything else or to take it off bill.
Spent $23+ and only ate 3/4 of sandwich and a few fries. Not offered a to go container. Had to ask for soda refill

The atmosphere is quaint, portraying past pictures of Paoli. The staff is friendly and helpful

We had the supreme Philly steak and chicken Cuban sandwich with fries and grilled veggies. Everything was delicious and we devoured our food before I could snap a picture! Owner is super nice and welcoming. Would definitely come back if we’re in town 🙂

My wife and I visited the Sandwich and Salad Factory tonight – second time for me, first for her. The food was outstanding and reasonably priced. Wife had the Strawberry Chicken (crispy) Salad. It was large bowl of greens, fresh sweet strawberries, onions, sliced crispy chicken (grilled optional), grape tomatoes, almonds, and other salady stuff. Poppy seed dressing which is one of her favorites. The chicken was moist – not dried out at all. She was happy.
I had the Chicken Cuban Sandwich & Fries. The Cuban has roasted ham slices, grilled chicken, swiss cheese, provolone cheese, mustard, mayo, lettuce, tomatoes & onions. It was on a hoagy bun, the perfect size for a full meal. The fries were hot and crispy. Drinks were fountain coke products or tea. I absolutely LOVED that sandwich and will definitely get it again.

While there, I saw one of the staff bring out a strawberry dessert that looked incredible, but we were already on the way out with full bellies. Next time!
I mean… c’mon – the highest priced item on the menu is $10.59 (as of 02/2025). Try it. You’ll like it!
Only one problem (but not for us…). Parking on the square in Paoli is sometimes tough to get out. Plus you have to climb a couple steps, so folks with disabilities may have an issue.

What a fantastic place. The food was excellent! The staff were super friendly and attentive. The prices were fair. I had the chicken Philly sandwich and it was great. Coffee was very good as well. Couldn’t ask for more.

Ordered a create your own, on Telera bread and a chicken Philly. Both were very good! My only complaint is you could hardly taste the mayo a little more would have made the sandwich so much better. But we will definitely go back for more!
