This Dairy Queen location always gets our orders right. We have come here a few different times now and they’re always fast, friendly, and are open to criticisms or feedback. Overall great place to eat and a great staff as well

MAKE SURE THEY GIVE YOU A FRESH BURGER AMD NOT SOMETHING OLD AND MICROWAVED.
At first I thought what they pulled my burger out was warmer until the rest of my order was ready, now I realized they microwaved an old burger the meat was completely dry and the edges of the bread and meat had that hard crustiness that you get when you microwave something that shouldn’t be. It was an older,larger white male that was cooking and put it in the microwave. It might just fast food but you can still have pride for your job and what you do. It’s still reflects on you regardless.

I had an online digital order that wasn’t made correctly, called and spoke to who I assumed was the manager, they offered to refund or remake my order, I asked for the order to be remade, very professional, she wanted to make it right.
When I went back into the store, the Manager (red headed gal), was very professional and friendly, had my order ready, appreciate it.

The folks working at this Dairy Queen are terrific. Friendly, and knowledgeable about the food, combos, and deals. The eating area is clean. The food is ready quickly and it’s hot and fresh. I really like the two-stack combos and my fav is the cheese curds with a side of gravy.
The bathroom was clean and stocked.

Update finally got order. But after seeing three up front workers stare at two cooks asking multiple times for different products. Not once helping out, at least offer. Then ask for my burger when it’s right in front of you. We’re is you mind when your hounding someone for products but don’t see it when they buy it right in front of you???

Closed more than an hour early with no update or change to their business hours. The line is 25 minutes so wasted 25 minutes of my time getting to the ordering window to be told they where closed more than an hour early

Got a blizzard and sat inside. Quick service and delicious ice cream. Would recommend getting Reese pieces and Reese cups. This seems to be a popular location based on the drive through line. Closest location to NW Portland.
