I’ve visited this restaurant eight times in the past two months and have tried both their lunch and dinner menus. I’ve also brought friends along to sample different dishes. The food quality is consistently five-star. Most menu items require a two-day advance notice for preparation, but it’s absolutely worth it. I no longer need to travel all the way to Monterey Park for great Chinese food.
The restaurant is closed on Sundays. It’s a small, family-run establishment, so I recommend making a reservation in advance to ensure you get a table.
I attach good number of photos of the actual dishes. Very impressive in presentation and quality. Price is a bit on the high side but worth it!
清蒸盤龍鱈魚, 東坡肉, 酥炸生蠔, 金湯津菜卷, 通心菜, 荷葉飯, 拔絲地瓜, 疍白杏仁茶…

If you are looking for unique dishes and an extraordinary experience, this is the place for you. Most of the dishes must be ordered 24–48 hours in advance, and you can truly see the work involved in carefully crafting every dish to delight your taste buds and your eyes. The price is extremely reasonable, and the owner was very attentive and friendly. We had a great experience and will highly recommend this to our friends and family.

Delicious food! I think some of the dishes require calling ahead of time, such as the lotus leaf rice, 8 treasure duck (it’s stuffed with sticky rice, chestnuts, and some other stuff). I really enjoyed the garlic eggplant, the 8 treasure duck, and the chicken (white meat was moist and the skin very crispy.). The portions were generous. We also ordered pepper steak which was tender.

By far the best Chinese restaurant in the irwindale-Duarte-Azusa area. It’s a family-owned business and they provide great service. Perhaps a little pricier than other Chinese restaurants, but you can taste the quality and attention to detail. It’s a must try, especially if you’ve never had good Szechuan style food. They do also serve several more traditional Chinese-American entrees–all equally executed with painstaking attention to both flavor profiles and presentation. Table condiments includes soy sauce and Sriracha. I wish they had also ground white pepper. But I think they would provide some if you asked. Highly recommend!!!

Got the spicy honey chicken lunch special with the egg drop soup and it honestly exceeded expectations. It was very good and the woman working the register was very friendly. Overall I had a very good experience!

Good food and nice staff too. This place is in a surprising location as the food is more like what you’d get in the SGV.

They had great egg flower soup. It was slightly sweet and had a great consistency. The Kung Pao chicken was crispy and well seasoned. I randomly came upon this place and it was a good decision. The place is super new also, I think they just opened it up recently.

This place is too good! Been here three times now and yet to have a dish that disappoints. Nothing is oily, nothing is bland. Then only problem I’ve had is leaving here bloated from pigging out. 10/10 recommend!
