I visited Potbelly and had to try the famous “A Wreck”— it was delicious! Definitely try it with their signature hot peppers! So good! I also tried their *legendary* oatmeal chocolate chip cookies and their strawberry milkshake. I loved both and really liked that the milkshake wasn’t super pink- felt more natural and tasted amazing. My brother had the chili and really enjoyed it. The customer service was great and I look forward to coming back and trying more options and their salads!

It seems the sandwich makers from Panera have gotten jobs here. This is a $12 sandwich. It looks more like a $5 food truck sandwich. Don’t be fooled by the photos on their app. Now I am not eating dinner with my wife and have to drive back to show the inferior product to someone to redo or refund my money. I upgraded to a 2 star because the sandwich was quite good.
I don’t recommend calling in or ordering online. Another time I watched the line go through twice while I waited for my order which I placed 45 minutes in advance. They don’t make the meals in the order received. When I finally said something they grabbed the ticket and made it.
Consistency is an issue resulting in a low value for the cost of the food. This sandwich probably cost $1 to make. Every meals represents the restaurant.

Amazing! Got myself a large drink and Phil made sure after I’d selected my drink (Dr. Pepper of course) that it didn’t need to be replaced as they had just received a new shipment. In all the years I’ve been ordering fast casual food, no one has ever checked. And there is nothing worse than getting home and realizing your drink sucks. A plus!!! Ty and Nick also greeted me and made sure I was taken care of. Great job Potbelly’s

The sandwiches were delicious! We tried the Smokestack (bbq and mac n cheese) and the A Wreck. Very good and the warm toasted bread makes the sandwich! Also tried the broccoli cheddar soup. Was very good as well. Better than Paneras and we love paneras. Loved the atmosphere as well, cool vibe. Sweet tea wasnt really sweet might have just been an off batch. Otherwise we will be back for sure!

Visited Saturday at 11:00 am and the staff was friendly , we were greeted when we entered. First time here and will definitely be back. Ordered two cubanos, chili and a french toast cookie; everything was amazing, portion were great and price was good

Nice sandwich shop for subs, salads, and soups. All at reasonable prices. You can eat in or take out. They make the sandwiches right in front of you. Oh, their milkshakes are too die for.

Absolutely wonderful! I really enjoyed my experience here and the staff was beyond friendly. S/O to my sandwich makers Alyssa and Kiana. They were definitely a vibe. Sandwich was delightful made to perfection. I enjoyed it being toasty and filled with all my favorite toppings. I loved that there was a variety of Zapps potato chips. The Tractor drinks were great, I highly recommend the strawberry one. You just can’t find these drinks anywhere else. The decor was nice. My favorite part was getting to sit outside on a nice day and enjoy my sandwich. They do a great job keeping up with the place!! I definitely recommend and will be back.

I visited your New Tampa location this evening and was immediately hit by an overwhelming wave of heat upon entering. While there is a sign posted stating that the air conditioning is out, I was informed by staff that it has been broken for several days.
Let me begin by acknowledging the two employees who were on shift — they were professional, welcoming, and extremely apologetic about the situation. Their level of customer service was commendable from the moment I walked in to the time I left.
However, this message is directed to the store and district management: it is absolutely unacceptable to have your employees working in such conditions. With outdoor temperatures nearing 90°F, it felt well over 100°F inside the store. Expecting your staff to perform their duties in this environment is not only unreasonable, it’s unsafe.
The store should not be open under these circumstances, and your employees should not be made to apologize for something that is entirely out of their control and falls squarely on management’s shoulders.
Please prioritize getting the air conditioning fixed immediately. Your customers may come and go, but your employees keep your business running — they deserve a safe and comfortable working environment.
