Have been eating here 1-2 a month for a couple years. Food quality and price is fair. Service usually good. Issue is lack of heat in the winter. At least 3-4 times this winter i as well as multiple customers had to eat with our jackets/coats on it was so cold in the restaurant. Didn’t say anything the first time or or so.
Last time I asked why it was so cold in there was told the heat was not working? This morning the employee said she didn’t know what the issue was “she was cold also” its redicious! Customers are supporting this local business and should be comfortable. Again, multiple people eating with jackets/ coats on multiple occasions. Not once and not only me! TURN THE HEAT UP Not sure I will ever go back, just redicious let me add! You keep hearing support your local businesses. It works both ways, respect the customers supporting you!!

This restaurant is located within the East Beach Shoppes plaza. The hours are: open 7 days/week from 7am to 2pm. They offer 14 different daily specials. The staff is very friendly and professional and the chefs did an excellent job preparing the food. If you are near East Beach, Virginia, I highly recommend dining here.

The food was on the cold side. Tasty. Service was ok, the isle between tables is narrow makes for a bottleneck and the tables are kind of close. The artwork on the wall is all for sale and very interesting!

Had breakfast here with our extended family on a Sunday morning. We were accommodated with seating near each other even with our large party. The servers were patient as we decided what we wanted to eat and allowed us to split bills the way we needed to. Even with all of our food, the wait wasn’t too long and the food was warm and fresh when it came out. Sandfiddler delivered a delicious, satisfying breakfast that was reasonably priced. Definitely recommend this for a vacation breakfast.

Such a cute spot in East Beach right near the water. This is a small family owned business where they take great care of their customers. Everyone is so friendly. Sundays are the best days for brunch so it was pretty crowded but we only waited about 7 minutes.
GET THE HOME FRIES you won’t be disappointed. I enjoyed my meal. I had Canadian bacon with scrambled eggs and pancakes. I wasn’t a huge fan of the pancakes. They were very sweet but a little dry. Our food was kind of cold because it seemed like everything was done cooking and they were just waiting on one more thing before bringing all the food out. It was still good don’t get me wrong it just could have been a little warmer.
The atmosphere is very family oriented and comfortable. I’m definitely going back because the menu has a wide variety!!

Came in here a little over a week ago and had an amazing experience. Wanted to bring my friends to a local breakfast spot since they’ve never been to Virginia and many people recommend this place so I thought why not give it a shot. From the moment we walked in the staff was very friendly and treated us well. Our waitress Pearl (I believe that was her name) was an absolute doll and very funny, she gave us some really good food recommendations and made sure everything was to our liking. One of the ideas she recommended was the French Toast combo which is ultimately what I got along with a side of house potatoes and everything was absolutely delicious. 10/10 would definitely come back and would recommend this to anybody looking for a different local breakfast spot to try out.

I’m a regular there and I just never sat down to review them. But they are the absolute best there! They are so attentive and you can never go wrong with what you order! For Breakfast I ordered the strawberry cheese blintzes and they were perfect! I will always love sneaking in here for breakfast and lunch! You can also order lunch for breakfast which is a nice little treat because most breakfast spots aren’t like that anymore. Love this place. ❤️

Went here for breakfast with my wife. She ordered the cheese crepes with strawberries. I had the ultimate scramble with pancakes. We both enjoyed the food. It was filling at a great price. The atmosphere was comfortable and not sitting on top of each other crowded even though they were full.

Let me start by saying service and food were good. But read on.
Was immediately greeted, asked how many in my party, I decided to sit at the bar/counter, I was handed a menu to take with me to seat myself.
I was greeted and was asked if I wanted anything to drink. I settled for iced water for the moment. Looked through their massive menu that offers a variety of breakfast favorites like omelets, Benedict’s , waffles, pancakes, salads, sandwiches. All great brunch staples.
I ordered the Irish Benedict which is two poached eggs on corned beef hash and biscuits and gravy. You get a side with your Benedict (grits, greens, hash browns, etc) . I chose fresh fruits.
Food came out in 10 minutes.
The Irish Benedict was okay, just wish they heated up the English muffin to have that crisp instead of just soft right out of the box texture. The corned beef hash – seemed like they just took out of a Hormel can and didn’t bother to heat it up.
Then this is the part where I really am not keen on. They have a designated person checking the food that the cooks put on the window ready to be picked up by wait staff to be served. I know high end restaurants have taster. But the food check person lifted omelets then touched trays and put away counter items then touched the food again without at a minimum wiping her hands.
Not going back, I know people say it could be worse, but why are we accepting sub-standard health protocols?

This place reminds you like a home away from home. The French toast was amazing. The steakhouse burger was cooked to perfection. Also try out their Fajita Omelette.
