I was recommended this place by a server. So i finally went there tonight. I was told on Monday’s that the burgers were 5 dollars for a burger and fries. What you should know its only for the 1/3 pound burgers not the 1/2 pound. My friend and I went there around 6:30pm and i was told there was one cook and one waitress so the wait would be a little longer. I accepted this as i can understand. So i put in my order for some mozzarella sticks, plain 1/2 pound burger and fries and a coke. The cheese sticks took about 25 min to get to me, but, like i said they were short staffed so experience may vary. The burger came about 30 min after that. So the food including the cheese sticks were good, not blow my socks off great but good. If someone suggested to go back or if i wanted a good burger i would go back. Now it was a little more expensive than i was expecting for my meal it was about 26 dollars. i added a 4 dollar tip to make it an even 30 dollars. I understand times are getting tougher so i accepted it. For the atmosphere i would say its a sports bar, TV’s are everywhere, kind of darkened and pool tables in the middle of the floor. Thankfully the staff there were very nice and welcoming and even though they were short staffed tried their best to assuring us that the food was coming as quickly as their one cook was making it.

Wonderful Cheeseburgers. Fried cauliflower! Barb and Amber are wonderful friendly servers . Very cozy feeling . Even if it is your first time, they make you feel like you have been coming there forever.

First Time Alert!! Jessica was our Server! >She is the BEST!< Greeted us right away with water & took our drink orders. Then came back for our Food order.. we order quite a bit to try out All that was popular! The Burgers are Good! & the southwestern Hani are delish. I walked into the 2 side doors at 4:42 pm 2/20/26 , I smelled a heavy smell of Weed . I have always said I was going to stop in and check this place out some day , But instead turned around and walked out . I know it’s legal to smoke , But there are a lot of people who don’t & don’t need a contact Buzz .

I really enjoyed SandBaggers on my first visit. We went to celebrate a friend’s birthday and it was really fun. They had karaoke on a Friday and the sound was good and the hostess was really good, too. We had pizza and I had clam chowder, both which very good, especially for a bar.
They had keno and the full Michigan lottery products for the gamblers as well as two pool tables for the shooters. The restrooms were clean as was the whole bar.
I will definitely be going back to SandBaggers for a karaoke night and hope to see you there, too!

Never had a bad meal, drink or service. Burger, fries and fried cauliflower were great. Nice bar layout for hanging out.

The size of the nachos blew me away! HUGE! Seriously enough for 10 ppl! Good service, good food. Gotta rent the pool tables, making it quite expensive… What happened to the days of being able to play a game of pool for 75¢? That sucked, but other then that, not bad to fill your belly and have a drink!
