One of the best Reuben sandwiches I’ve ever eaten! My wife and grandson both got the buffalo chicken sandwich and said they were really good! Service was great and we got our food within 10 minutes or so. Very busy, we waited for a table to clear. Located in a convenience store, but don’t let that scare you away. It’s seriously great food, even really made homemade chips!

Ok I would’ve never knowingly gone to a gas station for quality food but what a great surprise!
The burger was great but the Ruben looked like next level goodness that I’ll be back for on a cheat day.
Don’t forget to ask for extra pickles for .50 and the house made potato chips were fresh and spot on!
Word to the wise. If you’re gluten intolerant this might not work for you because there’s likely cross contamination.
But for those looking for gluten conscious options, it doesn’t get much better.

Really good little grill inside a gas station. Limited inside seating, but enough for about 18-20 people. We got there a little early and had no trouble getting seats. Busy and full up by the time we left.

I got the chicken sandwich, my daughter got the daily special burger. She got homemade chips, I got the potato salad. Both of us had iced tea. Burger and chicken sandwich were both pretty good. Sides were good. Best ever lunch? Nope. But I’ll come back when I’m in the area. Everything seems homemade.

So glad I was in the area to come here. I have co workers that live out here and have been telling me to go here if I am ever in the area. Today was the day and OH MAN WAS IT GOOD! Everyone was extremely friendly. They even offered a little sample of their biscuit for my son, who decided to be shy today. They even are helping out their community by having Free Bagged Lunches for kids. That was awesome to see. So because I was early for lunch, I ate the Fried Chicken Biscuit for breakfast while I waited for it to turn into the lunch hours to get food for the family. It was so good and huge. I love the biscuit because it was just perfect. The inside of the biscuit was nice and soft while the outside had a perfect crunch to it. That Cajun Honey that comes on it was so delicious as well. Got some of the Burgers and a Ruben with the potato salad to take home. Man that burger was really good and the house chips were delicious. The seasoning was great on the chips. Stole some of the potato salad from the misses and man that was really good. I hope that I can buy larger portions of that because I would buy that in like a quart or pint sizes to take with me. Next time I am in the area, I will definitely be coming back.

After seeing a “short” on IG we put Sand Hill Kitchen on our places to go. On a recent return trip from Tennessee we stopped at Sand Hill Kitchen specifically for the fried chicken sandwich and the Reuben. They did not disappoint!!! The fried chicken sandwich with pesto-mayo and home made pickles was moist. And delicious. The Reuben was perfect with the right amount of tang. The homemade chips were crunchy with the perfect amount of seasoning. The staff was welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be coming back.

My fried saw a lot of people getting food from here when we stopped at the gas station. I normally would by pass a location in a gas station BUT so many people were getting food here and we checked the reviews. High reviews on both Google and yelp!!! So we gave it a shot and oh my!!! It was incredible! This IS a hidden gem and I HIGHLY recommend it! She had the chicken sandwich and I had the Ruben. We had to wait about 15 minutes on the food but worth every minute and was extremely fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is how it is done!

This place is amazing. This was my first visit during breakfast. I had to make a choice between the burrito or the chicken biscuit. I chose the biscuit this go around. I will be back for the burrito. This is a hidden gem in a convenient store. The chicken was moist, fried to perfection, drizzled with hot honey, and a biscuit that barely held together it was so soft.
