Ordered Teryaki Shrimp with Steamed cabbage, white rice, and a medium-sized drink.
I wanted to get a california roll, but it was sold out at the time, so I got shrimp instead. The food was nice and hot, and I didn’t wait very long to be served. The flavors were solid, and the rice was nice and fluffy. Although the cabbage was just ok. Overall, it was a nice lunch.

The man on the grill did not communicate with me properly to let me know my food was finished but that did not bother me too much The main thing that I found really disrespectful and unprofessional was the short older Asian woman she was rude and argued with me back and forth that I did not order the fried rice when I know that’s what I said and instead of her being professional she just kept going back and forth with me I was not trying to get out of paying for the extra rice I told her multiple times I don’t mind paying I was just simply letting her know that is not what I ordered……… These people here are very rude they do not want to be corrected they feel like they are right I do not know if they own the place but I spend good money at San Sei so to be treated like this no thank you.

Gentleman was rude! They didn’t have a sign that they were closed and the mall doesn’t close til 8 so idk why they closed an hour before closing hours. I waited at the registration while the gentleman played on his phone. Once I got his attention I asked if I could order. He rudely said No paused and said we’re closed.

I to this restaurant two days in a row. I showed up at 8:45 p.m., because according to the mall hours listed on line they were still open, the two guys that were there said that all they could make at that time was a California Roll. So being that it was 15 minutes before they were supposed to close, I left with no problem. I came back the next night after getting off work at 8:20 p.m. only to be told that they close at 8:15 p.m. You can’t find times online for this place so it’s not clear if these are employees trying to get off on time or they really do close 45 minutes before the mall does. Tried calling the business number listed for them and just get a fax machine. Not great or even good business practices.

Google says they open before 11am. There was a little Japanese lady and her kid sitting down eating from this establishment. They told me they weren’t open. Racist employees. Told me they were closed but have other people sitting down eating.
