My daughter is gluten free so Everytime we go out to eat we try to find a place that can accommodate her . I have tried gluten free food before and for the most part, it isn’t so good lol. However when it is just the two of us we like to share apps. Not only is their gluten free menu extensive, but you can’t even tell it’s gluten free. The food is absolutely delicious. They have a nice wine list as well. The service is excellent.

We were visiting from Arkansas on a Girls’ Weekend & chose to eat dinner here. It was absolutely amazing!! We had a Cesar salad & ala creme pasta (Spelling?). We split the salad & pasta between two of us. Then we each got desserts. It was all amazing!!!! Our waitress Jennifer was great & answered all of my many questions.

My family and I had a wonderful early dinner here on a Sunday afternoon. Every plate was delicious, from the tortellini to gnocchi. I usually don’t like calamari, but here it is amazing: crisp, light, savory, and easy to chew. Drink portions were generous and strong, and the service was excellent throughout. Highly recommended.

Long Island is littered with great Italian food restaurants. So, it’s rare when you find a spot that rises above the masses and sets the bar higher. San Remo is that place. Amazing food, incredible wine selection, outstanding service, impeccably clean restrooms…did I mention the food? SOOOOOO GOOD!!! And as far as pricing, they are right on par with what you expect to pay. Five Stars All the Way!!!

We got here for our reservation time, only waited about 10 min. We sat down, bread and water didn’t come for about 20 min. The waiter finally came over, took our order and then the waiting began. We were there almost an hour before the appetizer came out. Dinner came out about 3 min later which tells me they forgot the appetizer. After dinner, dessert and coffee were almost instant, like they knew what we wanted and had it ready. The good was delicious but something was definitely off. Maybe we’ll give it another try.

This was my 1st visit to this restaurant. The food was awesome. Our waiter was also the host. He did a phenomenal job assisting all tables by himself. They have a full gluten free menu which was a plus. From the appetizer mussels in a marinara sauce to the eggplant and chicken parm I couldn’t choose which one was better. The food was very fresh. I will return. I highly recommend.

Had a delicious dinner with friends. I had the most delicious stuffed artichokes for starters. Then I had the San Remo chicken that was so tender and the sauce was heavenly. My husband had the chicken parmesan that was delicious as well. Not to mention the shrimp bisque which was outstanding! Wine of course and dessert was the end to this delicious meal.
