The food was outstanding—authentic, flavorful, and clearly made with care and passion. This wasn’t rushed or generic Mexican food; you could truly taste the quality and pride in every bite. The service was just as wonderful, with a sincere and welcoming host and wait staff.
The restaurant has also received a beautiful facelift. It’s clean, recently renovated, and filled with bright colors and décor that give it a warm, authentic Mexican feel.
We had a great meal and are excited for their official opening. We’ll definitely be back!

Menu is made up of traditional Mexican dishes and they also have “Tex-Mex” options for those who just crave those (burritos and fajitas).
We went for the traditional Mexican dishes; my wife had enchiladas with mole and I had a “Torta” both were outstanding, the flavor will take you back to the real Mexico …. I lived there for almost 10 years so can definitely tell what real Mexican food taste like
Our kids had 2 orders each of steak and pastor (pork) tacos; this was 4 tacos each.
Atmosphere of restaurant is super relax and cozy; brings you back to a Mexican “Fonda” (small neighborhood restaurant ).
Prices are very reasonable and portions are quite generous so it’s an amazing value for the money.
Their drink menu has plenty of choices and a broad selection of nonalcoholic options as well.
House margarita was served in a glass that was just washed so it (the glass) was pretty warm, but at least it tasted better than the previous ownership margarita.
We had to ask for chips and salsa a couple times and again after we ordered food and we got them about a minute before our food came out. Asked for a bottle of hot sauce to add to my salsa to spice it up, but it never came out either.
Menu is SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than it was and prices have gone up, also significantly. Fajitas for $28 and the peppers/onions were still cold. Queso dip was super thick almost gummy…and came with a handful of chips…not enough especially since we hadn’t gotten our chips and salsa yet.
Classics like Birria and Chile Relleno are gone and there are no à la carte options also which saddened me a little. I like a couple small items as my meal sometimes, but it’s not even an option anymore. We “settled” for the fajitas to split…we had really high hopes with new ownership, but SanPanchos might only be a happy hour and nachos destination for us now instead of dinner.
