I ordered an extravaganza pizza and asked that the olives, mushroom, and Canadian bacon be limited one side. I ordered this pizza at 11:18pm, quality check was completed at 11:46pm and did not receive my pizza until 12:20am. When I received my pizza, it was cold and the toppings that I asked for on one side were completely left off and the pizza was not hot at all. I live 2-3 minutes away from the store. This was a Thursday evening meaning they closed at 12am, I attempted to call the store to ask for an ETA prior to delivery and received a closed message so I also wasn’t able to submit my complaint. I reached out the next morning regarding the issue, an assistant manager took my information for a general evening manager to reach out when they arrived but I never heard anything back. I reached out the following Monday due to Super Bowl weekend. Instead of trying to rectify THEIR mistake, their MOD argued with me that they can only fix issues the day of as if I could’ve contacted them and told me they do not send out cold food as if I was lying. I have time stamped photos of this pizza and receipt of arrival time. This location is notorious for doing whatever they want near closing time and giving the run around about fixing the issues. The “right manager” is never present according to the staff.

I placed an order for delivery and I’m not sure if they were short staffed inside, but I ordered the pacific veggie pizza which I always do when I order from any domino’s. Get my order over an hour later. The driver William was very nice. Opened up my pizza, it was nothing but cheese. I called back and they helped to resolute the issue. They sent another pizza. Opened the box, and no tomatoes on my pizza. Kind of disappointed, but I ate it anyways. Hopefully next time I order they will get it right. But everything else I ordered was on the money.

Placed an order for delivery at 10:21 pm well before they close. Watched the progress thing and it said it was being made. But I never got it. I did get an email after 1 am when they closed saying it was cancelled. Very disappointed should have ordered from someone else

UPDATE: 12/5/25 Highly disappointed!! From 3 to 1 stars. The instructions/operating procedures that corporate has in place were definitely not followed with my whole order! As you see in the picture, the pasta was obviously not the right portion well below LOW standards and not worth the price! The “specialty” pizza was well below LOW standards. Looks like it was thrown together. There were good size sections with no toppings or sauce on them as you see in the picture. Look at the crust! The worst thing is that I went to pick it up a few minutes late and it wasn’t ready til 20 minutes later. Employees SHOULDN’T BE ON THEIR PHONES WHILE WORKING in the food industry, PERIOD! Especially when there’s a line(there’sno time to be on the phone!). AND MORESO BECAUSE THEY DONT WASH THEIR HANDS AFTER TOUCHING THEIR PHONES THAT WERE LIKELY SNEEZED ON, TOUCHED AFTER BLOWING THEIR NOSE OR USING THE RESTROOM OR TOUCHING MONEY/DEBIT CARDS, THEIR FACE, THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW ETC.
It was ok. The wings were small and not as done(light skin color) as usual, but they were cooked through. Pizza was good & made right. Pasta looked good. Better experience than last time. Stay tuned for future update! Will be above this post.

I have to say I almost called Dominos because it was horrible. I paid for pan pizza this looks nothing of the sort. To top it off we threw away what you see left. The sauce, service inwhich I stood only person in the store mine you for like 15 minutes waiting for the girl to stop making pizzas and go get my order which also was done, cheese, and not getting what i paid for made this one of the worst pizza purchases to date!!!

Ordered at 6:07 p.m., it’s now 7:00 p.m. and they have 7 employees on a Wednesday night. All I get is that they’re short-staffed staffed, and at least it will be fresh. 7 employees and, and the driver just left. 6 employees, and it’s Pizza! Pizza, I mean, how hard is it to make two pepperoni pizzas and breadsticks? @Dominos you need better management.

It took me half an hour or more (I lost track when I got upset) and the employee kept saying “just entered the oven”, “half way through the over”, “just coming out now”. I had to get my father to intimate them just so they wouldn’t just leave it. It wasn’t even started until a different employee (my neighbor and friend) arrived and started on it.
