We stopped in for brunch. It was our first time at this restaurant. The restaurant is clean and organized. I ordered the steak sandwich and my hubby ordered a Media Noche. Both sandwiches were hot, delicious and incredibly tasty. We also had some fries which were also hot and crunchy. The Staff was really friendly and attentive. We will be back for sure!

This place is a cozy restaurant with an amazing variety of delicious food. When I walked in, the service was outstanding. I couldn’t resist trying the special of the day, which was a mouthwatering combination of rice, grilled chicken, and fried plantains. And let me tell you, it was heavenly! I also treated myself to two beef empanadas that were packed with flavor. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a satisfying meal. And guess what? The bill for my scrumptious food and a refreshing drink was only $20! I was pleasantly surprised because I expected it to be more expensive. Overall, this restaurant is a fantastic choice for a delicious dining experience!

Came here for coffee but the environment was not clean or friendly. The coffee machine was not the typical expresso machine you see at Cuban cafes. The lady who prepared my coffee also did not give me my change back after I paid. Will be finding another location for cafecito. The restaurant gives “mom and pop” vibes but unfortunately is pretty outdated and could use a revamp.

Based on how you respond not only to my comment but to others as well, it seems there is a lack of receptiveness to constructive feedback. Professionalism is also reflected in how criticism is handled. A customer doesn’t hurt a business; it’s the customer service that hurts a business. When I said the chicken steak was burnt at checkout, I received an “ahh” instead of a “don’t worry, you don’t have to pay for it.” You’re the one who’s hurting your own business. Good luck.

As a former cook of many years I can see that this place struggles with cleanliness at times. From certain seats you can see into the kitchen an the freezer is dirty. You can also see a dirty fan running as well. However, the food was pretty good. Empenadas had a very flavorful filling. Stuffed potatoes were very good. I also enjoyed the tomales. Cuban sandwich was very basic, pork was dry, ham was cheap, mustard was very plain. Chicken sandwich was dry and lacked sauce. The main positive was actually the service. The waitress was very kind and knowledgeable. Worth another visit.
