I have loved Don chuchos since they first opened their doors. I moved away 6 years ago and just happen to be back in town. Needless to say I was quite happy to find them still in business, of course with a new name but same great folks food and atmosphere. I will always return to this restaurant for my Mexican cravings, any time I’m near town.

I ordered (I think it was called) the hot plate. I was very confused by the amount of orange colored oiliness at the bottom of the meat and vegetables. The beef had an unfresh flavor while the rest tasted like an old metal plate, though it was not served on a sizzling skillet. The beef fajitas meat that was also ordered had a strange flavor as well. The service was kind and fast. This definitely was not close to the best Mexican food I’ve had in Columbus but the people were very nice.

I am very disappointed. The service was next to none. I had to wave down a server several times, more drinks, napkins and my check. The portions were small for the price and the taste was very basic. I will never go back

Absolutely delicious! The staff is very friendly and come by like every five minutes. Food is outstanding. I got the Quesadilla Dinner and got full off of just one quesadilla. Five stars. If you like Mexican food, come here, it is the best one in the Columbas, Smiths Station area!

This is the best Mexican restaurant in all of Columbus GA. The food is fresh and delicious! The staff is really friendly and it has a cozy atmosphere. They also keep this place really clean. The service is extremely fast and you get a lot for what you pay for. If you like Mexican food, you need to give this a try.
