The food is good but why must they take so long every single time? 10-15 min wait for a single sandwich every single time we go. They need to be taught efficiency and time management because the wait time is quite extreme at this location. It would also be nice if they distributed their meat on the bread more evenly. Get the meat closer to the edges. Better eating experience.

25 minutes to get one basic sandwich. 2 people working, no one inside and one car behind me inline. 8 make a habit of only giving positive reviews, but this was ridiculous. Only when I ask for a refund was my order suddenly ready. I’m done

The sandwich’s where so amazing so much meat and great bread forgot my mustard which, after reading all the other reviews, that was one of the main concerns, somebody ask you want something extra it definitely should get put on there. Luckily it was just mustard and another modification but needless to say the sandwiches were so amazing and won’t be back. I’ll just make sure that everything’s right before we leave.

We usually go inside, but this time we chose the drive-thru since there was only one car ahead of us. After they pulled up to the window, we waited at the speaker like the employee had asked us to—no problem, we understand how fast food jobs can be. But even after that car left, we waited at least five more minutes with no response, after that we said “hello” a few times. A line of cars began forming behind us, so we eventually pulled up to the window, and as we do, we hear a couple of employees giggling as they came out of the back. When we roll past the window and look inside—no one in sight. We’ve always had good service when going inside, but based on this experience, I don’t recommend the drive-thru.

When someone takes five minutes to explain how the additions to a sandwich will require an upcharge and you pay for that upcharge, you expect to receive the additions you pay for. The sandwiches are taped closed so I did not realize until I got home that they were made wrong and included none of the extra meat we paid for. They don’t pick up their phone, and clearly do not call back when you leave a message complaining. Save yourself the headache and the overcharges and do not eat here.

I was just there and grabbed 2 Italian combos to go. Everything was great as far as customer service and quickness went but I just sat down to eat and my sandwich had no meat in it! Completely forgot it. Luckily my son ordered the exact same thing and we were able to take some of his and make my sandwich edible but sheesh. Other than that, the food was delicious. I’ve called 2 times but no answer even though it’s business hours

I have always loved getting a sandwich from here , but lately has been going down hill . I really feel like they can be paying attention more on making the sandwiches, like actually putting stuff on the sandwich that you ask and pay for . They always forget our chips as well , and when you get the sandwich barely any meat on one side if you order a regular, than the other !

Placed order on Thursday for pick-up Sunday, party platter. Asked for sandwiches to not have mustard or mayo wanted it on the side. Picked up, my husband said there was no cheese, asked him to go back. Tried calling to reexplain my order after a few calls got an employee explained what I ordered she rudely told me they were putting cheese on them. Husband came home with meat and now cheese only. Took them back again for lettuce, tomato, onions and whatever else should be on them. Worst service ever. If my friends weren’t here waiting I would have returned them for a refund.

The sandwichs are very good. Lots of choices with some combos. The staff doesn’t clean the tables very often which is disappointing.
