Ambiance: Charming
Service: professional, no issues
Food:
-Mac n Cheese

This place is a nice wine bar with some good food options. San Elijo (the area) is beautiful and worth driving too if you haven’t checked it out!
Highly recommend!!

Food was terrible. I got a Cobb salad
That has hardly any toppings and seemed like it came from a premade grocery store salad. Same thing with my husband’s meal, the barbecue pulled pork mac & cheese. Again seemed like microwaved food with two big chunks of pork that he had to shred himself. And way too much barbecue sauce poured on top. Nice place but absolutely awful food so only go for the drinks.

Really rough experience. Wine list had not been updated and they were out of what we wanted. Suggested something else but couldn’t tell us anything about it. We rolled with it but it took 15 minutes to get said bottle of wine. Ordered food shortly thereafter (just sandwiches). After ~40 mins, still had not gotten our food – looked like order was never put in. They finally were ready to bring the food out 10 mins before they closed so we just asked to get it to go, which seemed to put some of the staff out for some reason. On top of it all, atmosphere was meh at best. Food did end up being decent at least. Would not recommend and will not be going back.

I have only been to Vine & Tap for brunch on the weekend, but their breakfast is the best! We live right up the hill so I finally tried it and I was super impressed. The cinnamon French toast and then carnitas hash are so darn good. I take my kids and wife at least once per month. Highly recommend.

A constant place of gathering for my coworkers and I who worked in the San Elijo Area. This time we met on a weekend for brunch. I ordered a Pannikin coffee and Cinnamon Toast French Toast. Really thick slices of French Toast, I’m kinda weird and prefer thin slices but this was still good. Others got an omelette or a wrap. Everyone like their food, service was nice, bit pricey but in line with the local restaurants.

Loved this place.
I love variety and they offer great selections for both food, wine, and beer!
Loved the wine flight! You can pick 3 or 5 selections off the menu, anything $19/glass and below, for wine by the glass choices (red, white, sparkling, etc).
The tapas choices are amazing.
Our waiter recommended the pesto Mac n cheese with chicken…wowza!!! He was spot on.
We also tried the turkey/pear sandwich with salad. Also amazing.
I had the large wine flight (5 choices of 3oz pours each). Let’s say I am glad I had a designated driver.
Will be back for sure!

Friday lunch, first time here. Pleasantly surprised. Nachos with chilli, grilled cheese with tomato bisque. It all tasted fresh and homemade. Enjoyable atmosphere. Looks like a wide selection of wines. There is an outside patio too.

Your go to for Sunday Funday with the girls. A Local gem in San Alejo Hills. Mamosa flight is a must. The signature French toast with breakfast potato is delicious. If you ever have time to visit on a Tuesday, They have the best taco Tuesday. The vegetarian style is a signature one. Try Noir wine 🙂

I’ve been here twice and both visits were outstanding! They have great wines and plenty of delicious food choices! We have tried several menu items and they were all fantastic. Their charcuterie boards are top notch! It’s a intimate and quaint setting. A great place to hang out with friends or enjoy date night!
