Amazing date spot to bring your significant other.
2 things blew me away,
Rosie that manages is one of the sweetest, most hospitable gals in the whole town.
Second, the bar, hallway and back patio is like entering another dimension Art Gallery. The owner, Bruce, likely spent a lifetime collecting beautiful sculptures and decor and brought it here.
I had some out of town guests, some pretty successful retirees; they had a ball and came out raving about the place

This place is wonderful! The rum is fantastic, and the cozy backyard creates such a warm atmosphere. The owner is incredibly welcoming, making you feel right at home. If you find yourself in town, I wholeheartedly recommend stopping by—it’s truly a gem worth experiencing!

When you walk in, you get a different vibe. The inside / bar is a neat place, but the back patio is amazing. Feels like you are in Spain or Mexico. This is a family owned and run business with everything made from scratch (tortillas, salsa, EVERYTHING). It shows. Good is so fresh and delicious. Prices are fair and we will be back for sure!

Great place!! The food was delicious and the drinks were amazing! especially the Passion Fruit Daiquiri. Rosy is the manager and couldn’t have been better. The waitress was very nice and happy to take a picture for us. They had indoor and outdoor seating, good music playing and their garden was blooming! So pretty.

We had an incredible time at this distillery in Gonzales, Texas! The rum is made in-house from just one barrel, giving it a truly unique and unforgettable taste. Rosy, the manager and bartender, was super friendly and made our visit even more special. She crafted a one-of-a-kind mojito using their Immortal 32 rum, and it was absolutely perfect! Her creativity shined when she made us a dragon fruit mojito from her own recipe – a delicious masterpiece!
If you’re in Gonzales, this place is a must-visit. Fantastic atmosphere, amazing drinks, and exceptional service. We’ll definitely be back!

Every day I visit the distillery I discover something new in its wonderful architecture, in each of my visits there are new flowers growing in the garden, they call it Hidden “Escondido” Garden, it is a truly beautiful place and the distillery is home to the rum, which is truly special as it is aged in French oak barrels, an experience you cannot miss if you are in Gonzales, Texas.

I purchased a bottle of Immortal 32 rum from this distillery. I really enjoyed the rich rum flavors and was curious about how it was made. I did some research and discovered it is a single barrel aged rum. The caramel, molasses, and raisin flavors blend nicely without any harsh alcohol flavor. It is great as a mixed drink, but I like it most over the rocks where I can enjoy its smooth, rich flavoring.
