Love cinnamon rolls so I ordered them for breakfast to go. In the picture they had icing. Ended up throwing them out since they were just balls of dough with cinnamon. No icing on them or to dip them in. Since I got them to go, it’s not like I could go back and ask so it just ended up being money down the drain.

I order burgers with just mustard…odd… but that’s me. I get plain burgers and bring them back. “We don’t put mustard on them…we’re a no mustard store” as ahe shoved packets at me. Now…I get it…not a big deal…but that’s a joke lol. You put on other condiments…is having a spot for it and adding one more REALLY throwing your operation off? Yiu save, what, a second? At the expense of customer service? Wow. Lol…thankfully I only come to this location once and a while based on travel. I’ll avoid going forward.

As a truck driver we don’t have a lot of places to stop and eat in rural areas. I was making a delivery near this Burger King and went to the door to go in at 8:20 in the evening and the door was locked. BK head office might want to consider watching this manager due to the fact that the same manager a few nights ago had the location shut down at 4 pm

This is a good location. I know when they first opened there may have been some issues. For instance, we had problems with cold cheese on sandwiches. It wasn’t melted because the food was allowed to cool off that much. They were probably rushing orders or over-prepping. In any case, any issue that I have had at this location in the last year or so has been met with immediate understanding and correction. I am beginning to visit this business more frequently as of late and they are always friendly, courteous, and if there is an issue (ie: maybe an above average wait time) they address it appropriately.

This is by far the nicest and cleanest Burger King I’ve been in. Stopped for breakfest on our way to Dubois. Food was good and just made. Workers were all friendly. I’ve eaten here several times because the burgers and fries are always good. This is the first time I’ve went inside though.

St Marys Burger King has no wifi like they claim to have. I have to use mcdonalds or sheetz wifi to order on app.. and be careful when ordering offers they will give a 99cent burger instead of $5+ KING burger u order….

Absolute shit service sit in the drive thru for far too long and get skipped over repeatedly. 5 different times sat there and watched multiple vehicles order at the other speaker after being told to wait a minute

Where to start. First of all it seems strange to give a review on a Burger King but moving past that this was a strange experience. I ordered my Whopper Jr., Fries and a cheese burger, got my drink and sat down. As I unwrapped my burger, I noticed something very much out of the ordinary (especially for fast food). The burger was hot! Then the fries. They were hot! With burger in hand, I walked to the counter and motioned for assistance still chewing. I believe it was management staff working the shift and I relayed my surprise and approval for such a good experience. I know this sounds stupid but when have you actually received “hot” fast food? After the snack, I visited the men’s room. I stood, looked around and this thing was spotless as well. Now, I don’t expect this out of fast food locations… but I do now!

There breakfast goes until 10:30 a.m. and is one of my favorite go to for grabbing something quick and easy while running my errands. The staff is generally very friendly and courteous. They do sometimes run with limited staff but when they do you can tell the staff does their very best to ensure you get your items in a timely manner and are usually very apologetic if it takes longer then usual or as “you would expect them to”. Overall this is one of my favorite go to breakfast spot for a quick bite.
