We discovered San Angel Inn right after finishing the Gran Fiesta Tour inside the Mexico Pavilion, and our experience here was absolutely 10/10. This restaurant is truly highly recommended.

We ordered guacamole with chips, a mocktail, a margarita, and the corn ribs to start. Everything was full of flavor and beautifully presented.

For the main dishes, my brother in law ordered I think it was chicken fajitas, and he really enjoyed it. My husband and I shared the Pescado a la Veracruzana, and it was spectacular perfectly seasoned, generous enough to share, and genuinely memorable. I’m still thinking about that flavor two days later.

For dessert, we ordered the tres leches and the brownie with ice cream. Both were excellent and the perfect finish to an already amazing meal.

Service was outstanding. Our server explained everything clearly, checked on us multiple times, and maintained a great balance between attentiveness and giving us space. Considering how busy the restaurant can get, the waiting time for each dish felt very reasonable and well-paced.

The pricing was also very coherent with the quality, portions, and overall experience. Truly worth it.

Overall, San Angel Inn exceeded our expectations on every level food, service, ambiance, and value. Highly recommended.

I am told that this is one of the better sit down restaurants in Epcot and while I didn’t think it was great I did find it perfectly serviceable. The premium tequila flight left something to be desired but I really liked the sangrita that came with it. The guacamole was fresh and quite good as was the queso fundido. The pollo a las rajas was pretty dry and the potatoes that came with it were flaccid and weirdly rubbery. When all was said and done this was still a solid dinner option in the park, just don’t expect to have your socks blown off. This is a 3 star out in the real world but a 4 star for an on property Disney restaurant.

This is an awesome restaurant! We kind of stumbled upon this place to eat because it was pooring down rain that night at Epcot and we honestly were tired of walking through a thunderstorm and took refuge inside. We are so glad we did!
The restaurant is located inside the large Mexican pavilion between the Gran Fiesta Tour ride and the La Cava del Tequila bar. There are a lot of tables, but are kind of tight and packed in. The atmosphere is really cool, recreating a small town plaza at night. You almost forget you are indoors.
Our server Nem was awesome. We weren’t in the best of moods walking all afternoon through the rain with young kids, but he changed everything. He was funny, attentive to our kids and interacted with them, took time to recommended and described in detail different food items, and made our experience really enjoyable.
The food was great too! I recommend getting the pollo a las Rojas or the shaved ribeye beef tacos.

One of my favorite restaurants in the World Showcase. We eat here every time we come to Epcot.

Love the interior decor of this restaurant. Excellent food provided with great service.

My favorite dish here is the Carne Asada. Extremely flavorful and a good portion. The Pollo A las Rajas is also excellent. Although I did not get it this time, the flan is fantastic. For this visit, we had lunch. And as always, make sure you have a reservation. It does get crowded.

Be careful to check and make sure if you are on a Disney dining plan that all items are available for you to choose from. We typically go à la carte so is not an issue, but you should be aware of this.

Enjoy!

What a delicious experience we had here. We split the chips, salsa and queso and The tostada appetizer. We also split a chicken Caesar salad. The chicken was some of the most delicious chicken we’ve ever had. We know it is seasoned with pineapple, but not sure what else. It definitely had some spices on it, but not anything burnt or overly spicy. Just a lot of flavor.

An atmospheric upscale Mexican restaurant located inside the Mexico Pyramid at Epcot. The service is 5 * and the atmosphere is good. It has scenic view of Donald’s ride including the Pyramid and Volcana similar to that of Blue Bayou at Disneyland.

The seating also have a view of the vendors inside the Pyramid and ride queue. I see how this is meant to compliment the experience giving the feel of eating at a traditional Mexican marketplace place similar to Olvera Street in LA or common place in Ensenada and Cabo, however I think when it gets busy or the ride queue is overflowing and you just have people standing there it kinda takes away from the atmosphere.

The food itself was beautiful and delicious but not the best the resort has to offer at that price point. The Carne Asada which is really just a seasoned steak was a bit tough for the price considering he other options at Epcot.

This goes without saying but.
This restaurant is located inside of Epcot and requires separate park admission.

What a treat to sit down and enjoy a beautiful meal during the busiest week of the year. We struggled to get a reservation so we join the walk up wait list, and when we inquired about our timeslot, they invited us in and found us a table within minutes. Ray was attentive, friendly, full of great recommendations (for tthe restaurant and the park), and even had a few elements of surprise up his sleeve. The menu pricing is on the higher end compared to the cantina outside but we thoroughly enjoyed our meal, the atmosphere and especially the avocado margarita. Thanks Ray!

It has such an amazing vibe…. Between the ceiling twinkle night sky and live mariachi singers you will be transported to Mexico when you eat. The food is delicious! The chicken enchilada is yummy and the queso dip is perfect for snacking. The waiter brought ice cream and a lot candle for our birthday guest without us having to ask him! He was polite and friendly and did a wonderful job serving us!

Had reservations for lunch on the busy Tuesday of Thanksgiving week.
I was expecting more for the price of the fish tacos, but they were delicious; the pineapple salsa added a nice, fresh pop to the tacos. The fish was lightly fried and not overly battered. The pollo enchiladas were a lot of food, but tasty. The service could have been better and the tap water tasted off.
Overall, not a bad option for a sit-down and order restaurant in the park.

Stepping into the San Angel Inn Restaurante felt like being transported to a charming Mexican plaza at twilight. The perpetual evening setting, overlooking the Mayan pyramid and the gentle river ride carrying boats from the Gran Fiesta Tour, is absolutely beautiful and incredibly immersive. It truly captures the feeling of dining outdoors in a traditional Mexican town square under the stars – the atmosphere alone is worth the visit!

But the praise doesn’t stop at the ambiance. The food was genuinely amazing – authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was a hit. And the cocktails? Absolutely fantastic! Perfectly crafted and delicious – don’t skip the tequila flights!

Adding to the wonderful experience was the service. Our server was attentive, friendly, and very nice, making us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our meal.

We truly had an amazing time at San Angel Inn. It’s a must-do dining experience in Epcot for the incredible atmosphere, delicious food and drinks, and wonderful service. Highly recommended! We can’t wait to return!
