Food is always good here. Service is good also they are always friendly . I had a 3 entre which I shared w my son we had fried catfish , grilled shrimp and BBQ wings w Mac n cheese and fries. Always lots of house tater sauce . Yummu

Just passing through town and stopped by for lunch. Had the fried pickles with ranch, very good. Shrimp po boy comes either fried or grilled. I had grilled shrimp, tomatoes, lettuce, pickles and some type of yummy sauce on the sandwich. Very yummy.

Ok. This will be a mixed review. My wife and I stopped in at 11:05 am, right after opening. I ordered the 6 piece fish and my wife ordered the cheeseburger with a total of around $29. The fish and the burger were quite good. Very good portions on the fish and it was cooked very well. The burger was cooked well and seasoned ok. Now for the down side. The red beans and rice were soured, and the fries were truly basic, much like plain fast food fries. I love tarter sauce with my fish but they have there own recipe for it and it is very weak, no bite. The cashier was nice and the store was clean. So in closing I would definitely stop in for the fish or the burger but would skip the sides if possible.

Excellent fried fish and French fries. They were cooked after being ordered. I was there on a Friday, just before noon. The young lady who worked the front was stretched thin. She was taking orders at the counter and the drive up window, processing payments at the register, and delivering orders as they were cooked. Might need two working the front, when busy.

Eating here now and It’s is so good! I had the catfish and shrimp. Shrimp is a good size and the catfish was crispy! People were also very friendly and attentive! 5/5 would recommend! Love the southern hospitality!

I am typically happy with Sam’s but today it was not up to par. My tilapia was rubbery and not seasoned the way I remember and there was not seasoning or butter at all on the green beans. The shrimp was tasty but again very rubbery texture. I did enjoy the fried green tomatoes and I had a bite of my spouses burger and I liked it but they weren’t impressed. Maybe it was an off day.

REVISED went there 3 weeks after my first review was 5 star but my next trip was a terrible experience they cut the fillets down the center long ways and called it 2 fillets. What a bunch of rip off people and they charged for 2 pieces they are shady con artists. I bet management doesn’t look at or care about this review much less respond to it
