I did a mobile order for my iced coffee this morning and when I went to pull in I was afraid that I wouldn’t be able to get into the drive thru without sliding. I called and the guy said “no problem I’ll bring it out to you.” Naturally I got out and explained i just had a panic attack yesterday from sliding out of my driveway and apologized again. The guy again insisted it was no problem told me to have a nice day and to drive safe!

Just went through and they only gave me 2 of my 3 breakfast sandwiched. My order was $30 dollars with 3 drinks and 3 sandwiches.. I got my 2 kids and me breakfast and they claim to have watched the video and they gave me 3. Well I can assure you they did not. Definitely will not me returning.

I got a large iced coffee today thru mobile ordering. The line was extremely long and took about 25+ minutes to get to the window. By the time I got there, the drink I ordered was made but all the cold foam was gone since it took so long. I asked the girl working the window and she said she would try to add more cold foam. After a minute, she returned and said the people in the back said the drink was made correctly and that they would not fix it. It’s honestly ridiculous, the drink order included cold foam and when I received it there was none. I do not know why they have to make it that difficult over something so simple. Avoid this place completely or else you are just wasting your money.

i order a frozen peppermint mocha coffee with oat milk, and it tasted nothing like that. it had no peppermint whatsoever, didn’t taste like it was made with oatmilk either. my mom ordered a peppermint mocha latte and she said she tasted no peppermint and hers was bad as well. no one made our drinks properly and we were VERY unsatisfied after spending $25 for coffee this morning. teach your staff better or make sure they know what they’re doing before you let them make people drinks. worst dunkin i have ever experienced!!

Typical, newer drive-through Dunkin. Watch the first curve after the ordering sign….it’s a tight doozie!
I usually order a coffee to have in the car. It’s a limp version compared to others, especially the star guys. Dunkin coffee used to be good. For me it’s a convenient location to grab a quick cup of coffee on my way to work. Sometimes I pick up a half dozen donuts. They are aparently still good. I don’t eat sugar, but the wife’s son does. He loves them. There’s wraps and other food besides donuts that one can get.

This is the slowest and most inconsistent Dunkin I have ever been to. Takes 30 minutes, minimum, no matter how crowded or empty the drive thru is. Horrible consistency on drinks. Attitude of the employees horrible. Go anywhere else!

Drinks are on point, but if you order donut holes (munchkins) you should know there’s apparently a glaze shortage. Also, the chocolate croissants are nice, warm, and flaky. Con – you literally cannot taste any chocolate; your essentially just eating a good croissant.

The drive thru is a tight fit for medium sized vehicles. My frappacino was almost completely melted and the lady practically threw it in my hand. But it tasted decent and she was nice when she spoke.

Every single time I come here they make something wrong, I physically can’t understand how that’s possible. I always order the “sweet black pepper snacking bacon” or when it’s changed for the season the spicy one, but somehow they always manage to forget the sugar. It’s sweet black pepper bacon, which is 3 ingredients. Bacon, pepper, and sugar. How can they consistently forget the sugar. I come here probably once every 2 months when I’m in a crunch as it’s the closest food place near me. I always account for having to go though the drive through twice as I’ve never had them actually make the three ingredient order correctly. I go to the Duncan in kcity consistently and they always make it correctly. Make it make sense.

The young blonde who works the drive thru window is rude, unhelpful and impatient. Nasty attitude for no reason.
