Absolute horrible experience. My online order was estimated to be ready between 6:05-6:10pm. I did NOT receive my order until 6:43pm. Zero communication from the staff about my 1 meal being 33 minutes BEYOND the initial “ready” time. I asked multiple times and was told every time that it would be up in just a moment. They hadn’t even started the order but continued to lie. Claimed that because a larger party was the reason that my order was delayed yet when I walked in the large party was just paying for their order when mine had already been placed atleast 10 minutes prior to me getting to the restaurant. When I did get my food – half was hot and half was cold and soggy. Mac & cheese was disgusting. Fried oysters were so cold that they breading was mush and sliding off in wet clumps. Fish was just fried hot. Shrimp was warm.
Cashier was useless. Cook was rude as hell.
Again, had they communicated that they had not even started my order 30 minutes after having placed it, I would have gladly canceled it and went somewhere else. But instead, they continued to lie. In the end I got nasty food and blame myself for sitting there like an idiot waiting on it.

Why o why have I not stopped here in the past! This place is absolutely perfect. Food was cooked fresh, and the shrimp was huge. The fries had a seasonings I couldn’t put my finger on, but overall, it was delicious! Stop in, and you won’t be disappointed!

Sam’s Southern Eatery is hands down one of the best spots to eat! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and absolutely off the chain. Every bite tastes like home-cooked goodness with that special southern touch.
What makes it even better is the atmosphere—Nesreene, the owner, is one of the nicest and most welcoming people you’ll ever meet. She always greets customers with a big smile and makes you feel like family the moment you walk in.
If you’re looking for great food and genuine hospitality, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

This place is such a rip off every time I come it’s new faces and the manager is so rude and not people friendly. The prices of the food does not match the quality nor the quantity! You use to get a Sam sauce filled with your food now it’s half size portions then if you ask for another the manager charges u .99! The food is not the same it’s either to soggy or uncooked the manager doesn’t sell kids meals to adults I found that quite hilarious. This place needs to be shut down because the rats are out of control and roaches are crawling everywhere. The drink machine is either out of ice or they flat

The Buffalo wings were enormous! Tasty and hot. The fries were a little skimpy but tasted good. The green salad was kind of plain but also a good portion size. Used their website to order online and it worked very well. My order was ready by the time I drove over there. The place is tucked in the middle between the Wild Fire Casino and the convenience store part so it’s kind of hard to see from the road. The server was friendly. 2022 – chicken wings have gotten really expensive and the price here is a great value, especially considering the wings themselves are Huge.

This was definitely a hole in the wall place for us. We stopped here on our way to Florida from Texas. The staff was super nice, the food was delicious. The staff even brough our 10 month old some bread to eat. Overall will definitely stop here again if we are passing through.

The service was excellent. Catfish was good but the grilled shrimp was even better. Some of the best grilled shrimp I’ve ever had. The stuffed shrimp on the other hand was what took it from 5 stars to 4 stars.
