Sam’s hasn’t missed yet. For a quick healthy meal they are a go to. They are kind and the chicken is always cooked fresh which is something rare in Santa Clarita. You can taste the difference and when you go in you can actually see them cooking it fresh. The inside of this location seems to be recently re done and has a nice clean atmosphere. The wait sometimes can be longer than I would like but I will chalk that up to quality food being cooked fresh.

Good eats at a good price. I personally love their lamb kabob (lamb wrap). Unlike the chicken shawarma, which is shaved off a spit, the lamb marinates in a saucepan to savoury perfection.
I asked for take out while on break and it only took 15 minutes. Not bad starting from scratch.

I used to go here for food, but the the District Manager kept telling me that they were out of salmon. At the canyon country location was the same. Yet , it is part of their menu. If they don’t have it available, they should just remove it. Fresh Grill is expanding, hopefully they come to SCV and they sell they amazing salmon here. One star for lack of promises.

After a long day at the beach and the 405 freeway Sam’s Flaming was a very refreshing experience. With great potions fantastic service, the food was fresh and the chicken fell off the bone. Excellent customer service. We loved it!

I placed a chicken kebab plate for pick at 645pm the person tells me it’ll be 15-20 mins. I get there at 7pm, I wait an additional 15 mins with no reason why I’m given the same wait time as 15 minutes ago. No “here’s a drink while you wait”. What’s the point ordering ahead. So I try to enjoy my food but out the 6 pieces of chicken 2 of them are half the size of the rest. The rice tastes like it was warmed up in the microwave. Not worth the $16, I’ll have to find a new kebab place.

Food is pretty good. Service can definitely improve. Older gentleman with gray hair can definitely be nicer, a smile goes a long way. I won’t be going back. Customer service is a big deal to me.

I arrived at this location about 20 minutes prior to them closing. An older woman open the door and immediately I felt the warm welcome from her. She took my order fast and I was out with my two very yummy plates in less than five minutes and when I got home food was still nice and warm, very good. Thank you!
