I wish there was a ZERO star option. They’re AWFUL. Their drink machines are nasty, syrup to carbonation is off most of the time, or they’re completely out. And that’s almost all the time!! They’re ALWAYS out of any kind of Sunday. I can’t even tell you the last time I was able to get a brownie Sunday or any Sunday of any sort. They’re out of pizza half the time. Then you have to tell them what you ordered instead of like Costco where they call out a number or your order. The food is also not fresh and tastes old most of the time. I hate Sam’s club cafe and if their gas didn’t make it worth it I’d cancel my membership. This is absolutely ridiculous that it’s this nasty and bad.

Always something wrong why you can’t get a frozen custard. Last time it was they didn’t know how to clean it, next trip it was they didn’t have any cups. Top that off with metal shavings in my pizza. Really need to better

Arrived at 605 pm and went straight to dinner. Got one of the last pieces of pizza before the clerks told everyone they were out even though there was pizza that could go in the oven napkins were out several fountain drinks were out. Watched a pizza burn because they left at the oven too long. The most disturbing thing I observed is they were more concerned about leaving instead of helping
