Me and my family went. We really enjoyed our selfs. The waiter was very nice and attentive. The food was excellent very fresh very good. Will definitely come back. Very happy their is a nice local place in town. I’m a strong believer in saporting local business!

Came down here not knowing what really do expect other than what I’d seen in the reviews but had a really excellent meal for a total of $66 before tip.
We the appetizer combo plate of which I was pretty surprised on how good everything was. The cocktail sauce wasn’t much of a cocktail sauce but everything was delicious. We then had the 10 oz rib eyes each with mixed vegetables, a salad, and a loaded baked potato. All of it was absolutely delicious.
We were there for our anniversary and had made a reservation for it and they brought us a free slice of cheesecake . The cheesecake was very good, don’t know if they made it themselves but it was a quality cheesecake with some really nice berries.
Only complaints whatsoever were they did not bring out enough butter for everything (we did ask for and received, but the table next was noted the same) from the bread to the baked potatoes, and they forgot my green chile I ordered for my steak.
I will say we ordered our steaks medium rare and they came out perfect. They didn’t need any extra salt or pepper and definitely no sauce of any sort. I will be back, the service was fantastic and Speedy. Nice place, extremely minor issues, not enough to take any stars off.

There were 5 in our party; 2 had steak, one had fried shrimp, one had shrimp scampi, and one had the hamburger. The food was absolutely delicious. The steaks were cooked perfectly to order, the portions on all the plates were generous and so pleasing to the eye. The hamburger was RARE just as ordered and was wonderful! The owner checked in at every table to make sure her customers were satisfied. The ambiance was wonderful and the cost to feed all 5 of us was under $110!! We’ll be back whenever we’re visiting in Belen!! We unanimously give this lovely little restaurant FIVE BIG STARS!!

We came a while back and felt it sub-par. Came back this evening to give them another chance. It’s just lacking. The space is really tight. You can not have a conversation without other customers hearing. They had 3 televisions on the walls with 3 different things playing. There was 2 young ladies working and both seemed annoyed. The food for the price was not worth it at all. The menu is very small and hardly any choices for sides. The vegetables, that were not a choice, was a weird combination. The steak which was over $25 was very small and not cooked right. Also the appetizers were very expensive for not a lot. We ordered fried mushrooms and only received about 7 or 8. Had the staff made it a better experience we might of tried again but unfortunately we won’t be back.

It has been 3 years since a restaurant, of ANY kind, not only got my order correct but genuinely cooked a meal I absolutely loved. Nothing was over-seasoned. Veggies got the same loving care the steak did. Our server was quaint and attentive. Thank you for our wonderful service tonight and please keep doing what your doing. I honestly didn’t think food like this was available in Belen (not hating or anything, I live here too).

My sister was visiting from Oregon and we decided to try this out. It’s small but ny steak was cooked exactly as ordered, and my sister loved her bacon wrapped scallops. This is a family owned restaurant, and the front of house was very attentive and friendly. I will definitely go back.
