My husband placed an order for me on March 5, 2026 at 8:31 PM while he was out with his friends. The order included crab cakes (to-go) and a shrimp & crab Cobb salad. Rachel was the waiter who assisted with the order.
Unfortunately, the quality of the food was disappointing. The crab cakes were made with lump crab that contained multiple shells, which made them unpleasant to eat. They were also burnt on the bottom and had red bell peppers placed on the outside like decoration, which seemed unusual for crab cakes. My order was also missing the lemons that are normally included to squeeze over the crab.
The shrimp in the Cobb salad were not jumbo shrimp as advertised.
When I called the restaurant, the person who answered the phone told me to come back right away, which was unrealistic since the restaurant is about 30 minutes from my home.
However, I do want to acknowledge Franky, who later spoke with me and took full accountability for the chef and the issue with the order. He asked me to come back between 4 PM and 1 AM so he could personally remake the order himself, which I appreciated.
I will include photos below so others can see the issues I experienced with the food.

Went on Friday night. Reverse happy hour starts at 10 and we had yummy $5.00 margs and $3.00 pints of Pabst on draft. Needed the beer to wash down the yummy spicy crawfish. They were excellent quality and they season the water. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. 10 out of 10.

I won’t be coming to this location again during crawfish season, the crawfish was not cooked. Let the server know, she got the manager ASAP, manager comes over and her solution is another pound of crawfish, that pound was just as uncooked at the pound that came out with the crab and shrimp I originally ordered. They took off $10 off my bill, but after the replacement pound wasn’t cook, more than $10 should have came off.

My husband and I called in an order to go. He ordered Blackened Salmon with asparagus and sweet potatoe fries, no salt. I ordered Sirloin steak (well done) with asparagus and sweet potatoe fries with no salt. They ended up giving my husband regular fries with salt and gave me whole potatoes. They stated that they no longer have sweet potatoe french fries, yet no one called us back to ask us what we wanted. Instead they made a choice on what to give us. We told them that we didn’t want it and ordered a different side. They took the french fries and potatoes out of the container and placed them on a plate. We heard the manager tell the young lady to take it back to the kitchen where they can serve it to someone else. My steak was not well done. It looked almost raw in the middle and I had to come home and cook the steak. We don’t believe we will ever eat there again.

Thankfully they swapped my fries out the first batch needed help. The catfish was delicious. I’m on the fence about. the shrimp. My coconut shrimp looked like they were mistreated. I order them because how good they looked in the pictures.

I went here thinking it was going to be all seafood. They do offer burgers and chicken and lots of good fish dinners. My wife’s the fish eater on the meat eater. I got the barbecue bacon cheeseburger with fries and it was one of the best cheeseburgers I’ve had in this area. The pickles and the whole flavor of the burger was just awesome. My wife’s shrimp salad was also terrific.
And I’ll have to admit the margarita was pretty good too!

So they literally force a mixed shrimp selection on u. Then they just slap it in the box and they even got my order wrong . Why make me choose 3 different style of shrimp just to slap them all together and I asked for fried,coconut, and blackened not boiled because I’m allergic to lemon. Never again

Out of the blue, just per random. We decided to give this place a shot. Love the atmosphere. The service would have been a solid 5, but our server decided to wait on a few tables before giving me back my credit card, which I wasn’t too happy about. The food looked very delicious, but the taste. Honestly, the food could have used a few more spices to it. But I’m willing to give this place another try, and with that. I’ll edit this rating to a better rating.

I was pre-warned that the service here was bad but I didn’t know what to expect.
Our party of 13 was here for a birthday celebration. We started out with just one server taking orders but realized things weren’t going as smoothly as expected and asked for a second one to help her.
We thought having 2 servers would help keep things straight but unfortunately not.
There were drinks coming to the table that no one ordered; food orders being placed in front of the wrong guests; no one came to refill sodas or teas.
And when it came to me, I was left waiting 14 minutes after everyone else got their food before I received mine!
I didn’t ask sooner because I knew it would take a while to get all the orders out BUT when 2 of our guests asked for a to-go box, that’s when I knew it was about to be a problem.
I called the server over to ask where my food was. I told her that I ordered the sampler basket with onion rings. She then said, “oh, it’s been sitting over here under the heat lamp”.
Fourteen minutes of me waiting on my food and it was under the heat lamp all this time!!!
Of course, when I got my food, it was warm. Since I waited for so long and didn’t want to cause a scene, I just left things as they were.
One good thing was that they allowed us to bring in a cake and a fruit tray. Another plus is that the food I ordered was actually good and seasoned to my liking…but it was warm (sigh)
However, because of the service, I doubt that I will be returning to this location again any time soon.
