I go to Sam’s bagel shop each time I’m in Reisterstown for church events or service. Sam’s bagels are equal to Jewish made bagels and the service is pleasant. The prices are reasonable and cheaper than THB Bagely in Owings Mills. I love that taste the crunch of a toasted bagel with good quality butter. Check out Sam’s Bagel and Deli people

I went to Sam’s for the first time a few weeks ago. I frequent this shopping center to see my Chiropractor and had always been curious about this place. I purchased egg and bacon on a garlic bagel and a coffee cake muffin. The cashier seemed nice enough but came off as a bit anti-social. Not a big deal he was still polite. I received my food quickly and the price was a pleasant surprise. Here’s where the star rating comes in. The bagel was toasted but it was burnt on the outside making it very bitter and the egg and bacon felt a bit lacking. That being said maybe it’s the bagel choice I made and we all know how egg prices are right now so perhaps it was fair considering the price. My coffee cake muffin tasted nice but was unfortunately quite dry halfway down. I would still like to stop in again and give them another shot just maybe a different bagel this time with nothing on the outside to burn. I recommend you try it too, the prices just can’t be beat!

Good bagels! From the outside it doesn’t have much aesthetic quality, but I was pleasantly surprised when I walked inside. It was a cute bagel shop with coffee and tea. They also have a hamburger option if you ask. Overall great deals, and great service!

I’ve been going here for years. The food is always hot and tasty. The portions are worth it. Prices are reasonable and the owner and workers are always very friendly. They constantly clean up when customers are there and when they leave. Bathrooms are tidy enough for the public. Thank you!

Great breakfast spot. Sausage, egg and cheese on a toasted everything bagel – choice of cheese was awesome – american, cheddar, Swiss, provolone and something else …it was really good. The young lady at the cash register was very nice, helpful, efficient, polite. I’ll be back!

Last time here! They are the rudest people from the owner to the employees. I went today and the bagel was not toasted. She said, you asked for it that way (clearly didnt). I said this is why I don’t come here and she said “then leave”. Wonderful customer service! They always get the order wrong, coffee sits all day. Plenty of other places to go…and I will!

I would never ever buy anything from Sam’s Bagel & Deli again. On 5/09/2023 I visited Sam’s Bagel at 8a.m. I just got off my over night job and wanted a breakfast sandwich on a Bagel. The owner was very rude to me. I was the next person in line to order, he asked can I take your order, I order a plain Bagel with a grille chicken and fried egg. He said you want a grilled chicken and I said yes with egg and he said with EGG and I said yes Sr. He said to me outnof no where I’m sorry I have to ask you to leave! I asked him what’s wrong did I say my order wrong. I looked around before I left and notice I was the only African American there and I was wondering what I do wrong by just ordering my food. I remember the last time I brought from Sam’s Bagel the begal was burnt. If you are African American would not buy anything from Sam’s Bagel & Deli. He’s the only employee in the building.
