Our server Robert was quick, efficient and friendly. The cocktails were delicious and the Ceasar with salmon was all something that gives us all a reason to return. This is our second visit.

My girlfriend and I purchased a single barbecue chicken pizza to share as it was priced an astromically $30. I knew going in that no pizza i would recieve was going to be worth that amount of money, but what re recieced could have been fairly priced at $15 or less. The staff seemed uninterested at best. We noticed an individual who had to wait for approximately 30 minutes and had to call the waitstaff multiple times to be asked for their order. The atmosphere was a bland, uninspiring, run-of-the-mill corporate food place pretending to be higher end so that it doesn’t feel so bad when they serve you mediocre food for the price point they are charging. We only ate there because it was either $30 for a small pizza here or $30 for a singular sandwich at CrownsLAX.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place unless you absolutely *need* to eat as the choices in Terminal 4 are bad and worse.

Delicious breakfast pizza. Big enough for 2 or 3 people. Nice, strong coffee. A little pricey, but on par with other restaurants in LAX. Worth it.

Staff were polite, restaurant was clean. However, service was quite lacking. Got seated around 7pm, ordered a drink within a few minutes, and was never checked on again. Finally, at about 7:50, I went to the hostess and asked for a check for the one drink. Would’ve loved another cocktail and some food! It was busy when I walked in, but was 2/3 empty by the time I left. Totally understand service being slow when things are slammed, but 45 minutes without being checked on is a bit much.

My first visit. Mr. Josue Gonzalez made my day. He welcomed me in and his fast friendly service on a long lay over made my day. The pizza was WONDERFUL and WELL worth the money. Extra nice portions and delicious. Thank you staff. Keep up the great work

I felt like I was being punked. The food was expensive and the quality was some of the worst I’ve had in years. To be a pizza place the pizzas are the worst looking thing they serve up.

Charging $25 for a kids sized pizza that comes out soggy is absurd. The lady did preface that they do their margarita pizza a little different than traditional ones but geez this was a very sad rendition. The best thing we had were the fries on the burger plate.

The beyond burger was also $25 and came with a patty that was way too thick and only included lettuce, tomato, and onion…no sauce. It was so dry and bland, I needed sauce so asked for a side of mayo which didn’t really help much.

Overall I think it’s ridiculous the prices they’re charging for this poor quality of food. If your flight is short enough I’d definitely hold off eating if you can.

Food was average and very expensive for what it was. My fiance and I each got a pizza, $30 each, which I think is quite ridiculous. We also each got a Diet Coke, another $5 each. The issue here was the customer service. There was only us, and then another couple. There were 2 waitresses. You’d think with how empty it was, 2 waitresses and 2 couples, we would’ve gotten a bit more customer service. But no. We ordered, got our food and drinks, and that was the last we saw of our waitress. No checking in to see if we were enjoying our food and to see if we would like refills. This was true for the other couple as well. They were ignored and not checked in on. We watched both waitresses standing around in the kitchen (it was an open concept kitchen where you can watch the chefs cook) paying no mind. Needless to say my fiance and I were not happy. $5 for a cans worth of Diet Coke with no refills, and $30 pizzas. The hefty bill wouldn’t have been an issue if there was good customer service to go along with it. I wouldn’t recommend dinning here unless you don’t have too much of a choice. We had a hour and a half layover and that was the closest restaurant in the terminal without having to go crazy far from our gate.
The restaurant needs to either train their staff better or get new ones.
Also last thing, there were a good amount of flies that we didn’t notice until after we got our food.

I wrote a bad review because it was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. But they kept going. I discovered they’d added a tip to my bill even though I didn’t include one. All the best. I don’t think you’ll be working in six months. Check you bill and tips after that

Orderd food tried to sit down and the guy told me and my friend to get up and leave because it was employee seating made us eat our pizza standing up while those 2 seats where never occupied so he lied and said it was for his employee about to be on lunch and we ate standing up I tipped the food as well if I knew this I would of never sat here. That was the individual who rudely told us to get up and also mentioned to call the cops like why because we ordered some food from the restaurant and want to sit at available seats. Very very disappointed
