I absolutely love this place !! First off the environment is amazing. People are happy and it’s buzzing ! For a great reason! The food is amazing and the employees treat you with kindness and respect. It very much feels like they treat you like family… Immediately upon walking in Sammy was giving free samples of delicious food to all of their customers. He is so nice and welcoming. It’s no surprise that it’s a popular spot. The food is absolutely amazing. Have any craving ? They can fulfill it. They have everything from burgers, sandwiches, smoothies , you name it ! I got a delicious smash burger and Cajun fries. The burger was delicious and juicy all the ingredients tasted fresh . The Energizer bunny smoothie was very delicious and refreshing. Breakfast sandwiches NYC style that I can’t get anywhere else here ! Literally when I say they have everything they really do . I will be coming back again and again . They make you feel so welcome and the food is to die for !

My husband went to pick up lunch for the family today and after seeing a ton of great reviews for Sammy’s we figured we would give it a try. We tried a wide range of items from the menu, omelette, sambusa, seafood salad, quesadilla, burger, and gyro. Everyone in the family loved it. The owner Sammy even took time out to introduce himself to my husband and gave us a complimentary brownie, dubi chocolate, and fruit. We will definitely be returning!

Great place to come and get a large majority of what you’re looking for. They have desserts, candy, drinks, fruit, popcorn, chips and all kinds of delicious food. The atmosphere is fun, happy music and super friendly staff. You can tell that they take care of their employees because one mentioned taking a pay cut to come work here. They have fun and take care of you.

I went to Better Burger I waited 10 minutes to be seated. 10 minutes from my order to be taken another 10 minutes for my drink which I had to grab another waitress for. After 45 minutes I bailed it’s not that hard to make a double bacon cheeseburger. I paid for my ginger ale and bailed.
Everybody told me about Sammy burgers in north syracuse so I thought I’d go there and give them a try and what can I say I was not disappointed they were busy but I got there Smashburger special with fries. Not only was it delicious but I timed them it only took 9 minutes. Everybody was incredibly friendly and I cannot wait to go back because their menu is so massive and look so delicious. It’s probably going to take me at least 4 years to try everything and I cannot wait

Stopped in for breakfast and it totally hit the spot! The platter was cheap, super tasty, and actually filled me up. Tons of options to pick from, and everything I tried was fresh and good quality. The staff were awesome — super friendly and fast with service. Definitely coming back again soon!

Absolutely delicious! Ordered from Sammy’s NYC Deli & Grill on Main St in North Syracuse and everything was spot on. I got the build-your-own wrap with grilled chicken, pepper jack cheese, pickles, and spinach. Super fresh ingredients, perfectly grilled, and packed with flavor. Added a side of fries that were crispy and generous. We also tried the chopped cheese sandwich with a side of potato wedges, and wow! Huge portions, made fresh to order, and one of the best we’ve had. Everything tasted authentic and high-quality. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back!

Went back to Sammy’s NYC Deli & Grill on Main St in North Syracuse to try their egg and cheese on a bagel, and wow, it absolutely ruined me for any other breakfast sandwich! This is legit NYC-style perfection: fluffy eggs, perfectly melted cheese, on a fresh toasted bagel with that ideal chew. Hands down the best egg and cheese I’ve ever had.
Because of my gastroparesis I avoid most meats except chicken, so I really appreciate simple options done right and this one surpasses all expectations on flavor. I’m a genuine Dunkin’ fan girl and used to grab their egg and cheese a few times a week, but after Sammy’s? Dunkin’ just doesn’t compare anymore. Fresh, flavorful, and made with care. Highly recommend!
