Great location and lots of tables and chairs. The food was okay, I ordered a fresh pizza half mushroom and half regular. The kids liked it. I thought it was a bit too saucey… Couldn’t lift the pizza without all the cheese falling off

I brought a late lunch to some people and they decided on this place. They ordered salads and I went with the tuna wrap. I called in my order and it was difficult putting in the order with the lady. I had to repeat several times and go through my order over again like she wasn’t comprehending. I don’t know what the deal was. They make you pay over the phone fyi. When I arrived I parked on the street but keep in mind parking in this area is tough. I walked in and they were a little busy. I went to the pick up area and the nice man gave me my food and I left. When I dug in the side salad was tasty and the wrap wasn’t bad. It was a decent tuna wrap. All in all I had an ok experience.

Every single time I’ve ordered or eaten here they have figured out a way to screw up an order. There was a piece of hard plastic in my tuna salad, a cream cheese tray was left out of a catering order, and even simple things like a salad dressing that was supposed to be left on the side of a pickup order was not put in the bag

I can’t believe how bad the customer service is at this restaurant. The only thing one should buy here is a bagel at the bagel counter. The pizza takes on average 30 minutes to be served. If you add anything to it you might be waiting for an hour or more. The staff are all miserable people. If you ask them a question they will likely delay your order further. If you have 3 hours to wait around waiting for everyone to get their food order right this is the right place for you…if you want to get very frustrated and angry this is also a great place. The pizza guy is the most miserable person on earth.

Went to the shop around 10 in the morning, the staff was quite rude. Bagels were ok not great but what bothered me the most was the lack of soap in the bathroom and the lack of towels. I thought employees are supposed to wash their hands.

Everything there is insanely expensive. At least 4$ for a slice of pizza and like 5-7$ for a bagel with cream cheese. Go to some if the other local kosher places that charge half the price
